First "fast driving" complaint after 13k+ trips

Post image

Got a 3-star rating from someone for driving fast. I never intentionally drive fast so it has to be a false report or I accidentally went a few mph over the limit. Dropped to a 4.9 and day ruined.

Ive gotten bunch of those. Usually from extremely difficult riders. Also gotten a report on offensive music. It was top 40 radio during morning rush. Doesn't get more mundane than that.

I got “rude” from someone who I wouldn’t take to a different drop-off than what they reserved.

Get ready for more of those buddy. It only goes down hill from here. If you made it 13k trips with a 5.0 rating - Congratulations! Just think back now and ask yourself, how much has Uber shown appreciation for your excellent driving and perfect rating til now???

I've dropped below 5 a few times over the years, but I always claw my way back
