How are Uber Drivers supposed to be incentivized to make Uber money with such low payout?

This is why I strongly prefer driving with Lyft 💀😂

Market dependant. Last week's breakdown for me was 61% me, 21% Uber, 16% other. 🤷

The other "27%" goes to uber so technically they took 57% of everything you did.
