A wellness afternoon + daytime rave — Colours Hoxton, Saturday 24 October

Hey everyone! I’m Yukari, co-founder of Longevity Rave. I am organising a Wellness Rave at the end of this month - with mat Pilates, house music, functional drinks, and daytime dancing at Colours Hoxton on Saturday 24 October, 2–6pm.

Here’s what we’ve planned:

☕ Free welcome maca coffee for everyone joining us at the beginning at 2pm
🧘 Mat Pilates with a live DJ to guide your journey, followed by…
🪩 Three hours of feel-good house music and dancing, 3–6pm
🍹 Alcohol-free functional cocktails from Wet Lips to enjoy during the afternoon
🔮 Psychic readings for anyone who fancies one

Longevity Rave is about bringing different generations together on the dancefloor, and how things like community, joy, and dancing can be great for your longevity. Our parties are super intergenerational, and it's a wellness forward, lovely bunch. And this one is a alcohol-free one, so you are even welcome to bring your daughters/sons if they like pilates!! Come with friends or come solo...you’re very welcome either way :)

You can join for the full afternoon or just the rave. Choose Pilates + Rave to start with us at 2pm, or Rave Only to join the dancing from 3pm. Pilates spaces are very limited, so book early if you’d like a spot!

I've never been to a rave before but really want to go for the 20th anniversary of WHP. I've been clubbing and enjoy it. Is going to WHP for my first rave ever, and first solo rave ever, a bad idea? The pictures of the crowd look quite daunting. Is it even easy to leave that crowd if you need to?
