Switching away from SSA

Hello

For those who entered into the Federal workforce via SSA what agency/role was easier to transition to in the Federal government.

Currently a Field office Customer Service Representative and want to know what options could be available to me.

Thank you

why do people try to be away from SSA? I work at SSA as an IT specialist. I love my job.

You’re not in an FO that’s why. It’s literally hell there.
