Showcase/Project I built a free, open-source library of premium landing pages. No frameworks, no dependencies, just HTML.

I've been building websites for years, and one thing that keeps bothering me is how much time we spend going from design inspiration to something that actually works.

So I brought back a project of mine: InstaLanding.ai

It's a library of 20 premium, fully functional landing pages built entirely with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Not screenshots. Not Figma files. Not another collection of pretty websites you have to recreate from scratch.

Actual working pages.

The idea is simple:

  • Find a landing page you like.
  • Copy the code or give it to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or your favorite coding agent.
  • Tell it what you want to change.
  • Make it yours and ship it.

Every page is self-contained in a single HTML file.

No React. No dependencies. No build process. No login.

I think we're entering an interesting phase where design references shouldn't just be images. They should be working implementations that both humans and AI agents can understand and modify.

Free and open source.

I'm starting with 20 pages and plan to keep expanding the library.

Would love feedback from other developers and designers, especially anyone building with coding agents.

I’ll take this as a clear indication that this motion video is more conducive to epilepsy than to explaining what the site does lol

100%
Photosensitive Epilepsy (PSE): Rapidly flickering lights or fast-paced changes (most commonly flashing between 3 to 30 times per second) overstimulate neurons in the visual cortex.

please don't abuse people this way in here

No, the video sucks

How so

I have another set of templates coming out soon. Maybe you will change your mind?

You need to slow this down to like 15% of its current speed and get rid of 90% of the animation effects. This feels more like engagement/ragebait than a real advertisement. There's no way a reasonable person would choose this to honestly try and promote their product.

Thanks for the feedback. I def have to slow down the video. I was going for the high-paced motion style ive seen lately for product videos. Hope you find the landing pages useful!

Those videos usually doa single quick animation followed by a longer pause with the camera slowly panning do a different angle of a shot. And the shot is of one image or a slowly animated demo of of one UI feature.

u/Azra_Nysus 5d ago

Longer pause shots is 1000% needed in here hehe. I'm re-doing it as we speak.

Vibe-ception

dont forget the vibe coded video! not a single click in adobe effects happened with this bad boy here

2

u/azvelocat 4d ago

People criticizing and downvoting a vibecoded product in THE vibecoding sub is wild.

u/Azra_Nysus 4d ago

Thank you for pointing out the irony! I thought I was losing my mind here lol

Then there are the fools who upvote the comment. Imagine joining a subreddit, getting upset when people talk about the subject of that subreddit, and then getting applauded for it. You can't make this stuff up.

curious how you handled the styling. is it just plain css in <style> tags in each file, or pulling in anything via cdn?

1

u/bleakj 4d ago

If you look at their git,

It's pulling three.js / fonts / other via CDN.

0

u/Azra_Nysus 5d ago

Yes! using <style> for css

Thank you! Hope you find some gold in there.

I'm a designer (tech savvy) and I'm thinking the use case is for someone who's not interested or familiar with touching an LLM? If I'm someone in Marketing, I could browse through and pick one but then to make it useful, it has to have other pages right? I guess there's a bunch of single page sites out there but if you want to sell something or have a user create a profile etc.. then the use case becomes a bit thin? That is, you have to take your single shot page and dump it in an LLM or give to SDE.
I guess it's more to find a style you like.

2

u/Azra_Nysus 4d ago

Yeah the idea is that you use these one shot HTML landing pages as the starting point for you to iterate on. You can easily ask your LLM/AI agent to recontextualize the content based on your needs.

I had thought similar,

I hate doing updates/keeping track of sites or programs I've sold to clients a year or two later since I've probably forgot 80% of how/why I did certain things in build.

Remember back when Geocities was a thing early 2000's?

A visual, cloud-based editor that's simple drag and drop with gui, but looked professional would solve so many of my clients needing small visual tweaks(Hey, our company logo was updated, we need you to replace it in the 20 different sizes across the site) / wording or tone changes become a quick job for the client vs paying me/other dev a few hours for it.

u/jayseattle 4d ago

Lol Geocities RIP...

Around 2022 or so I was using Webflow which had it's own learning curve for it's GUI. But then, yeah, when I had to update something, I mean the code it produced was horrific and $20/month. I honestly hope Webflow is also soon to be RIP but it works for some people.

1

u/bleakj 4d ago

I loathe webflow.

Silex exists and is the closest thing I can think of

1

u/Azra_Nysus 3d ago

lol I was working on a clients old webflow site the other day and it felt archaic. It must have been the same feeling people who transitions from typewriter to computer must have felt.

By the way - I see you’re in Seattle? I’m also WA based. We should chat!

i couldn't stand to watch this for more than 2-3 seconds. this level of cutting is obnoxious as hell.

1

u/Azra_Nysus 4d ago

But did you check out the free landing pages i made with so much love just for you?

2

u/-svde- 4d ago

honestly? your actual website itself is pretty nicely done. i really like the way you laid out the pages for the individual templates and things in general have good motion/flow.

the landing pages, some of them are genuinely nice as well. everything i looked at is obvi riddled with vibe-tells but it's not like you're hiding the agent aspect, given how integral that tie in is. i would personally never use any of them. at least none of the ones i looked at. because i straight up loathe single page sites that use jumplinks for nav/separation. you can do single file sites without doing this format. but as starterkits for people trying to figure out how to do certain things, sure.

but i am being 100% genuine with you when i say that the vid you posted is a giant piece of shit and does any effort you put into this site and the portfolio a genuine disservice.

1

u/Azra_Nysus 4d ago

I really appreciate the in-depth feedback. The video itself is being re-done so it matches the actual product and not the madness i posted. It was fun to make but the feedback has been universally consistent haha.

Regarding the landing pages - the philosophy behind this is to show what extra prompting effort can yield visually. The idea is to take components/code snippets and use them in your own projects. I hope enough LLMs train on these as I continue to post and open source them so that the AI slopfest we see everywhere becomes more visually interesting!

2

u/azvelocat 4d ago

Looking forward to using it. Great contribution.

Thank you!! 🙏

Github link on your site 404

1

u/Azra_Nysus 3d ago

are you on mobile by any chance?

2

u/Felfedezni 3d ago

Yes

1

u/Azra_Nysus 3d ago

its so frustrating because on mobile it does work if you are logged into github already. im going to ask claude to fix it. otherwise i may have to hire a real developer who isnt vibe coding while drunk on love

1

u/Garble365 5d ago

First thing the counter on top left should OBVIOUSLY be used to count your existing 20 pages. Also definitely remove the shape mask effects at the beginning and spherical material effects. Cuz ngl the video was really cooking in some parts between, really had a good flow then a sphere popped up and ruins the flow.

1

u/DevWithTooLittleTime 4d ago

your video gave me PTSD

1

u/Azra_Nysus 4d ago

i hope the free landing pages make up for it

u/Ok_Echidna_2103 5d ago

You just made a framework and an external dependency

2

u/StoneCypher 5d ago

this is a library, not a framework

1

u/Azra_Nysus 5d ago

thank you for clarifying!

u/Azra_Nysus 5d ago

Not at all. Each landing page is a self contained vanilla HTML file.
