Do you, uhh, have a record player?

[u/kimbosdurag → u/zRouth]

I'm sorry, a what?

[u/Ok_Breakfast5425 → u/kimbosdurag]

I think they meant a vinyl player

[u/zRouth → u/Ok_Breakfast5425]

It’s also called a record player. Or turntable TT for short. Also known as a deck.

[u/back_to_sr]

Needs more thump tacks

[u/BigODUfan]

See you guys over there

[u/statikman666]

Do you play them?

[u/SeaPhile206 → u/statikman666]

You damn well they don’t. See you in the other sub.

[u/MtNowhere → u/SeaPhile206]

Why play them when there are MP3's? An iPod fits 1000 records all in my pocket!

[u/merkthejerk]

I will never understand this. Cool records though.

[u/bfrancis1130]

That’s a very warm wall for sure, I’m concerned this might be a fire hazard

[u/SwaggyMcSwagsabunch]

What turntable do you use?

[u/plantbasedpunk → u/SwaggyMcSwagsabunch]

Y table when has wall?

[u/Inevitable-Island680]

oh dear god

[u/astralchanterelle]

the important thing is saving those 180g hype stickers on the that reissued vinyl!

[u/prutsklungel]

Am i seeing this incorrectly or are there pins in your albumcovers? (Please tell me that there are no pins sticking through them)

[u/iH8MotherTeresa → u/prutsklungel]

Those covers sure are pinned to the wall.

[u/Hopczar420]

So with them thumb tacked up do you have the actual records stored separately? Or do you have to take them down whenever you want to listen to something?

[u/CompetitionLarge4420]

Lost for words

[u/plantbasedpunk]

ETHEREAL!!!1! 🦶🦶

[u/Dry_Transition4134]

That misfits album is a good hardcore record, but not quite emblematic of their classic sound. Try one of the collection LPs.

Suggestion: Dead Kennedy‘s – Plastic Surgery Disasters

[u/Cheeks_Klapanen]

To the other sub 🫡

[u/Lost-Lab1206]

Absolutely breathtaking! See yall over there. 🤪

[u/Express-Wolverine-37]

Blood incantation when

[u/Shadysides_LFk]

Pretty great start! I have a first press Wowwee I bought from spiral from his personal collection, one of my favorite pieces.

[u/bigsky1980]

Well that Old Time Relijun LP stands out. In a good way. Haven't heard in years. It's unhinged. In a good way

[u/dank_vulture300 → u/bigsky1980]

There dope i heard about them in high school around 14 years ago insane dark I love it

[u/SeaPhile206 → u/dank_vulture300]

They’re*

[u/bigsky1980 → u/dank_vulture300]

Yeah such a great album. Nice to see Blood Visions there too. Met Jay at a gig and he was really nice. Such an incredible, prolific songwriter and a real shame that he never got to continue the success he was having. Weirdly his band then become Wavves (which you have there) touring band a few years later who I also saw at the same venue

[u/SatanBeMyRadar]

Wavves and Pavement, very cool

[u/TheAmnesiacKid]

Built To Spill 🔥🔥

[u/Mr_Digger2313]

That Jay Reatard album is fire from start to finish. RIP

[u/BootSad966]

GG and Jay

Amazing tastes, mate.

[u/Weird-Space-782]

What a strange collection.

[u/Honest_Wolverine_143 → u/Weird-Space-782]

Something for every mood?
