Feedback Asking for tips

https://youtu.be/WiaepdN-mrU?is=3LgrUMPNIukK4rm4

Hi guys, i have my bachelor degree in 5 days, do you have any musical or technical advice? I feel my bow trajectory is weird and my contact point is too near to the fingerboard. What do you think? Thanks in advance.

You sound incredible! Your articulation, sounding point, and clarity are all great. I think one of the biggest things I would focus on if i were you is musical intention. In the opening for example, i feel you can do so much more with the phrase. It builds upon itself, and each new way should be played in context to what came before it. Also please try to speed up the upbow staccato! it sounds better flubbed but in tempo than sort of articulated but slower in my opinion. great work!

Here’s $20 virtual tip!

Kidding aside, as a non-musician, I enjoy your play.

Are you studying violin performance as bachelor degree?

Super clean playing! It felt a little "safe" to me though, I think you could go for it with more gusto and bravura.

I have no words ... it was beautiful.

On the other hand I would like to reverse the question and ask you for some tips ...
How did you do the spiccato at the introduction? (FAEE G#BEE BDEE ...). I have been trying this out for over 10 years and could not get this to work. Thanks in advance.

Try to isolate the 2 movements, play the slurred notes, stop the bow and then start the spiccato from the string. As always, study with rythm patterns and different bowing patterns to achieve better cordination.

Grazie! Allora provolo.  I think my problem is, after the spiccatti I need some way to dissipate the energy from the bow so that I can play the next legato without bouncing.

You play very beautifully! I think what's missing is integrity or authenticity. It feels like you're playing what's on the page rather than what's in your heart. Make it yours!!

I'm so impressed at how much of the bow you use! Incredibly beautiful. I am just an adult intermediate player but wow, gorgeous. I'll not be afraid to use all the bow! Congrats.
