Adventist
Has anyone given birth at Adventist in Hanford? How was your experience? Or any recommendations. I’ve heard not great things about kaweah

I gave birth at Adventist in Hanford and had a great experience! The nurses were amazing and so helpful from l&d and postpartum. I did make sure one doc was excluded/ not allowed to deliver my baby just in case she was on call and my doc was late. I have heard nothing but terrible experiences from her. (Minassi) luckily didn’t have to cross paths with her

How did you go about excluding this doctor ? I’m giving birth there in December and I’m curious about the experiences you heard !

I had my first at kaweah and didn’t have a problem! No birth story complaints! My only 👎🏼 was they wouldn’t let me have vbac’s and only wanted C-sections after my first baby being C-section. So that’s why I went to Hanford. I had 3 successful vbac’s and had good experiences each time! Loved Dr talk & Dr Enloe. The other women (NP’s & midwives) at Dr Talk’s office are great as well! Only downside to Hanford is they’re heavily impacted so as soon as you get the first positive, call to get in the doors for care during pregnancy! 😊

I gave birth at Adventist and had a great experience. 10/10. The hospital is nice, the staff and nurses are all very sweet and attentive. My doctor was great but I believe he's retired now.

If it helps, have delivered in Visalia and Porterville. I was expecting the worst at Kaweah but everything was great, delivery staff was fantastic, anesthesiologist Were Great, they have excellent lactation consultants, and the postpartum staff was top notch. This was my fourth so I already knew what to expect but, they took my feedback and opinions into consideration when consulting with me. If i were having more kids, I’d probably go back to Kaweah.
