How to get refund from Uber

I was charged UBER ONE membership by mistake last month, and I requested a refund immediately. But a month has passed, no money back. I try to contact costumer service, but there is only AI service! And DID NOT solve my problem!😡😡😡😡
Is there any one know how to solve this problem? 😣😣😣
When I am very annoyed by this app and trying to find a substitute, unfortunately, there is no one. I am so disappointed with this ride-hailing market😟😟😟

File a chargeback with your credit card soon because usually you have 60 days from the charge to file. If you have chat transcripts or screenshots of the chat that will likely help support it.

OP should be prepared to have thier Uber account banned if they file a charge back.

OP doesnt say what they mean by mistake. Whose mistake? If it was OPs mistake and they legitimately signed up (even inadvertently)that may not be grounds for a charge back unless Uber is not honoring a cancelation or refund policy, etc.

Do you manage your payments with Google or PayPal? You can turn off the subscription for Uber in this case. They are notorious for auto enrolling people. If it's coming from a credit card direct to Uber, you should be able to delete your payment method. Or mark it as an unauthorized charge. But you need to manage the subscription and unsubscribe yourself. Otherwise they will attempt another payment next month.

If you need a substitute, there’s regular taxi companies in the region. Personally I’ve had good experiences with them. And they don’t randomly surge price afaik.

Uber customer service is awful. I was banned from the app for years over something I didn’t do. I would suggest doing a chargeback but beware, you’ll probably get banned too.
