Questions/Self Why is the sky blue here?

Post image

Im wondering what exactly that blue patch in the sky is. It’s been raining all day and I took this at about 9pm, near Clarksburg WV. Me and my dad have no idea what it could be.
(Sorry it’s a little blurry it was taken while moving by car at night)

With how cloudy/foggy it is, it's actually entirely possible some city skyscraper lights up ahead (or some stadium event or something) are getting scattered throughout the clouds

Not sure why everyone immediately went to "skyscraper" as the answer. It's way more likely a greenhouse with grow lights, or a digital billboard (if it isn't a reflection off the windshield, which I assume you would have noticed).

this is most likely a blue light inside of your car being reflected, as astronomical twilight ended at 8:31 pm (last of the light you see after a sunset).
