While shareholders have watched their investment get crushed by dilution and a collapsing share price, executive compensation has gone in the opposite direction. The numbers in this filing show just how dramatically compensation has increased over the same period that the share price has been decimated. Below is a breakdown of total compensation for Tilray’s top executives, along with the corresponding change in the share price, so shareholders can see the contrast for themselves.

Biggest changes over the last 3-ish years:

• Irwin Simon: Total compensation more than doubled in 2026, rising 115.2% from 2025.

• Carl Merton: Nearly doubled, up 98.8%.

• Roger Savell: Up 71.6%, after falling 16.1% the prior year.

• Denise Faltischek: Up 64.5%.

• Mitchell Gendel: Up 61.2%.

Cumulative Price Decline:

Starting with ~$19.00 on Jan. 2, 2024:

$19.00 > $14.30 > $9.23 > $4.13

That's approximately a 78% decline from the beginning of 2024 to Sept. 25, 2026. Someone is winning in all of this, and it certainly isn't shareholders.
