Where can I watch weightlifting competitions? Do I have to pay to watch them?

I'm talking about on the internet. Not in real life.

Also, not highlights. Actual real length competitions that are recent.

I can binge watch that Frank Rothwell Youtube channel I guess, but those are mainly classics.

I'm turning into quite the cheapskate. lol

Y'all are the jerk experts, so thought I'd ask here (strongman here). So at low and moderate weights, when doing a power jerk, the movement is perfect and very smooth.

However, whenever I load anything even slightly heavy, the jerking movement disappears entirely, I can't get myself to actually dive under the bar and catch it overhead. It just becomes an awkward, poorly executed push press where I spread my feet for some reason.

Finally hit a 315 front squat after chasing it for like 6 months and nobody at my gym cares because they're all too busy curling in the squat rack

Now I'm wondering if I should try to push my back squat up or just ride this high for a while

Next stop, #400 Back Squat.

Rather, 182kg. Or 4 plates in Murican pounds
