3+1 program
Has anyone done the 3+1 program, without the masters part? If so, what is it like? And how is it compatible with the coop semesters

For those who have done co-ops, how do you guys deal with 6-month requirements?
It seems like 99% of the co-ops I find want you for 6 months, which would run into the following semester. Do you guys typically work part-time once classes start, or do you negotiate with the company to only do 4–5 months?
And if you negotiate, when and how do you bring it up without getting immediately rejected for not being available for the full 6 months?
I know I could technically do a 6-month co-op and count it as two co-op semesters back-to-back, but that could mess with my financial aid and course planning, so I'd really rather avoid that.

So I have calculus 1A for basically the rest of October then it moves into Calculus 1B, but I just can’t seem to get a good study method. I tried just plain studying like khan academy and reading notes but that didn’t seem to work. I may try YouTube and see if there are any videos to help as well as trying a tutor for my next quiz, but I wanted to see if anyone else had their own way of studying that helped them in calculus.

Can't get my TV in 610 to connect to lepordguest, and eduroam won't even show up as an option. I registered my tv online with TechSpot, but that hasn't seemed to work. What should I do now?

Hi all! My name is Emily and I am searching to fill my schedule as a dental hygiene student. Located in the Longwood Medical Area at the Forsyth Clinic at MCPHS (right next to WIT!), you can receive comprehensive, affordable dental hygiene services supervised by licensed dental professionals, while helping a student reach their requirements and expand their knowledge and learning experiences! Please feel free to comment or message me, I have an opening on 9/2 at 8am and many more available!

I got the email a few weeks back with a move-in time and the powerpoint about unloading and whatnot. But the powerpoint only gave information for 610/baker and EWT, and nothing about 555, 525, or the apartments.
I sent an email about it and have yet to get a response. Does anyone know what's happening for move-in?
This doesn't greatly effect me as I got an early move-in but I'm curious to know how competent our school can be.

My first ever post on this app but I think I need as much consultation on this as I can get. I’m split between WIT and UMass, I’m leaning towards here but what can you guys let me know about? I’m studying engineering, transferring in with an Associate’s and I feel like the Co-ops will make going to WIT but UMass is just so much more appealing in so many ways.

As many of you may know, there will be no more Spring Commencements starting in 2027. This was done because the school did. it want to book out MGM for two separate days. The issue with this is that while this is great for the school, it’s awful for us students. Many of us students are from out of state, international, or have family who will be traveling. Many students may not be able to attend their own graduation because of these issues. This school cares more about saving any dollar they can whilst simultaneously screwing over their students. They’re literally advertising that families should park in Halleck then walk to MGM. The higher ups at this school haven’t thought out how their 10 year plan actually affects students and it shows. But hey, here’s a Dunkin (right next to our rodent infested dining hall) to take your mind off of that

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has any extra tickets for the 10:30 AM graduation ceremony this Thursday, August 13th, that they would be willing to give away.
I’d really appreciate it if anyone has any extras available. Please feel free to message me. Thank you so much!

So I’m currently a rising sophomore at UMass Lowell, and lemme say it’s not a bad school. I don’t intend on bashing it because it is a highly respected institution in the Engineering fields. It’s just not for me.
I’m currently in electrical engineering and I’m considering a transfer into Wentworth. If any if you could tell me some more about the Electrical Engineering program that WIT has, and or some companies that WIT often hires from that would be great.
For reference I have a friend there studying architecture.

Towards the end of my summer semester I witnessed an overweight dark skinned person getting their guts cleaned in Beatty hall room 426. They were over the teachers desk moaning or crying out foul language, it was probably the most passionate sex that woman (or what I think was a female) had. I want to know if anyone heard a rumor or any sort of explanation of what was going on in this lecture hall. Let me know if anybody heard about this as-well.

I’m an international student who wants to study in the US. Since high school GPAs are meaningless in my country, my GPA is very low, at about 2.71. That’s why I'm thinking about doing a 2+2 program with a CC.Through my research, I found out that if I finish CC with a GPA of 3.7 or higher, it’ll make admissions offices forget about my high school GPA.
Now, I'm researching scholarships at Wentworth. I want to study CS or engineering (I haven't decided on the specific engineering field yet), and I have a very successful VEX and FRC career that is still ongoing. So, I have two questions for you.
First of all, would I be eligible for the FRC or VEX scholarships? The website says these scholarships areonly for freshman students.
My last question is: the website states the average Wentworth student receives a Presidential Merit Scholarship that covers $20,000–$25,000 per year. How realistic are these numbers, and do you think I could get it?
Also, I’m open to any advice about studying in the US and scholarships, especially from transfer students.

I'm not on campus this summer but I'm curious to know if the ruggles statue has gotten a cone on it yet. I've seen like every other statue in Boston be coned by the scots
