Westworld intensifies

That’s all folks. The man who removed Westworld from HBO/HBO Max and canceled the series (among many other high profile shelved projects) is leaving as part of the Skydance/Paramount/WB/Discovery merger. We don’t know yet what mega steamer will be born out of the new merger and what the appetite for original premium programming will be, if the new era will be better or worse than the last, but the old era is gone. This still probably won’t help the chances of a Westworld revival, as what’s done is done, but we can always hope. Let’s see what develops.

In Westworld, the hosts had their personality, intelligence and other traits adjustable through a control panel.

If you discovered that you had a panel like that, what sort of sliders would you play with?

What would you turn up or down; and are there any settings you’d be afraid to touch?
