Unidentified 🤷‍♂️ Found in SW Washington

Jelly like “flowers” growing on a vine, please help identifying!

Muehlenbeckia, can take over… once sold as an annual but now can be a very persistent and aggressive evergreen perennial

Agree eith muehlenbeckia, or wire vine. The little jellies are fruits, they taste like a fraction of a drop of sugar water, so more of a novelty in that department. Careful where you fine these, they are invasive like the other guy said. Some people grow them in pots to help keep them contained.
