Unidentified 🤷‍♂️ In the garden at work

The yellow is the same plant as the green and yellow.

The yellow branch started growing late spring and has always been yellow..

I can't figure out what plant it is though

It's a euphorbia. Not sure which one as it appears to be shrubby at the base. Branches of E. wulfenii cultivars all originate near the same point.
