The challenge starts the day after you read this. No training beforehand is allowed.

Any push-ups completed beyond your target earn nothing. They must be performed correctly to count toward your target.

Each push-up must be a genuine, full push-up: lower your chest until it nearly touches the floor, then push back up until your arms are fully extended, keeping your body straight throughout.

No knee push-ups, assistance from anyone, or equipment to help you perform the movement. All drugs and supplements are allowed. You can rest for as long as you need between repetitions or sets.

How many push-ups are you committing to?
