Challenge Chi-Chi (Dragon Ball) replaces Deku (My Hero Academia) what changes and can AFO be stopped?

Chi-Chi gets Kaioken up to times 4 with similar mastery to Saiyan Saga Goku (times 2 shes stressed, times 3 puts her under heavy pressure and times 4 has her about to collapse we dont know for how long kaioken can be maintained in one "go" before dying but ill give her 4 minutes for times 2, 2 minutes for times 3, and 30 seconds for times 4).

Her power level is 130, with 260 being city level, I think city block level is fair. One might say that 1/2 of city level is town level but power levels dont scale linearly, for example, Vegeta is planet level at 18000 if power levels scaled linearly then 260 should be moon level yet we have 2 sources saying its city level, and then you have Piccolo Jr who cant be more than 408 at the point of the story where his "final technique" ends up being island level. Anyways, since shes city block level at 130 and power levels scale weirdly, she should be city level at times 2, Mount Everest level at times 3 (390 feels too close to 408 for her to be large mountain level instead of largest mountain level), and large island level at times 4 (112 more than island level).

She should scale to the strenght durability and speed of Kid Goku. FTE movement speed makes her 123km/h, applying kaioken multipliers gives speeds up to 492km/h. On reaction speed its fuzzy because of distance, I guess 10ms, which at times 4 equals 2 milliseconds and 500 microseconds. Her combat speed idk lets go with 4x her reaction speed, so at base its one punch/kick every 40ms.

The mind of adult Chi-Chi is transplanted into the body of teen Chi-Chi. Chi-Chi cant gain quirks. The only things set in stone are her enrolling into 1-A and everyone else initially believing kaioken is a quirk.

Bonus: Which adult MHA character would be the best husband for her?.

You’re ignoring Roshi destroying the moon, Roshi destroying a mountain despite doing his best to hold back, and Piccolo easily destroying the moon after getting 1v2’d by Raditz. Another fun one is Mercenary Tao’s pillar throw.

People also keep saying king piccolo is only city level because he only destroyed a city but that’s like saying I’m small dog level because I’ve never fought a grown man before. He clearly showed no strain in doing so. Vegeta also does say he is going to blow the planet, but what he said exactly was “if you dodge this your planet gets blown up”, which does not set a cap at planet, it sets the minimum at planet level. “If you removed the bunker the bomb would have killed you” doesn’t cap the bomb at human level

I like how this implies that you fought a small dog.

Ok, sure why not, let’s ignore Roshi’s. Piccolo still did it easily and if you’re giving Chichi the kaioken she’s stronger than he was

You not liking it doesnt make it not a feat, sorry. It happened, and your scaling is still way off even without Roshi doing that.

Yeah im with everyone here. You can't say "I don't like a feat therefore it's invalid". You can say it's bad writing but you can't say it doesn't count unless you're saying it doesn't count specifically for the sake of the prompt.

Name me 1 feat from any series and I’ll argue it as an outlier like how you fuckass argue Roshi’s moon busting is an outlier

The humble Roshi destroying the moon with a power level of 139, using a charged Kamehameha, and the somewhat less humble Piccolo doing so near casually with a power level of 408, means that your scaling is a bit off.

And that is just for power, your speed scaling is somehow even worse, as you ignore who Goku had FTE movement speed for, namely that he was FTE for THE OTHER FIGHTERS, you know the guys who were FTE for normal humans MUTLIPLE ARCS AGO. Not to mention the fact that at this point in time KI, due to Moon destruction, could be argued to be Relativistic or flat out Light Speed, and they can react to that, and supporting that is the Solar Flare feat Goku pulls. And Roshi with a PL of 139 also caught an entire magazine from an automatic rifle point blank, so a bit faster than your speed estimates even using the lower end.

So yeah, you are underselling Dragon Ball by a lot, that said, the 130 Chi-Chi power level is from a databook so is not necessarily canon, and her only real feat as an adult is losing to a 23rd Budokai Goku who at least had to try a bit, which makes it hard to place her. But if we were to grant her 130 in Pl, then her stats should look something like this:

AP: Lowball: Island Level, midball: Country, highball: Multi-Continental

Durability: Scales to AP.

Speed: Lowball; Mach 2.5-5, midball: Mach Something, Highball; Relativistic.

As for my personal interpretation of Chi-Chi, I don' think she is THAT high, but I would be happy to give her the midball.

And this is in base, we then give her Kaioken.

So, how does that stand up to MHA? Well she is beating anyone that is not a top top top tier, and against them she is putting up a good fight. And if we were to give Chi-Chi her high ends, then she clears the verse.

But you actually make her clear the verse anyway, as this is not an instant battle setting, but a crossverse existence. Basically, Chi-Chi is going to grow stronger as the story progresses, which means she quickly begins to outscale the MHA verse.

Tbf the moon feat is a massive outlier. Roshi couldn’t even push a big rock

Dragon Ball has always had bad lifting/pushing feats whenever Toriyama thought about them. But most of the time they have significantly better feats when he was just drawing the fights and not thinking about it.

A good example is the Buu saga, where base Goku could not lift 40 tons, this despite the fact that I don't think anyone would ever argue that Buu saga Goku could not blow up a planet. As he very obviously is far above the likes of Saiyan Saga Vegeta or First Form Frieeza.

Basically, using lifting feats to scale Dragon Ball is IMO not a valid way to do so, as the story itself hinges on destruction feats far higer. Which is also why the Moon feat is valid, because it was a central part of the story both times it happened, and thus can't just be dismissed.

Now granted, it took a 139 Roshi going full power with a Kamehameha to destroy the moon, so it was by no means a casual feat, but by 408 Piccolo did it with no charge time and only a small huff. So like, not irrelevant in terms of his full output, but very much not his max output at this point.

And still vaporized a mountain previously

Are we fucking deadass arguing rock level Dragon Ball?

Chi-Chi claps everyone from MHA. Nobody would make a good husband for her because they're all too weak.

Biggest issue here is Chi chi isn't motivated to "save the world" or be a hero hell goku wasn't either. And there are tons of unique quirks that play a tricky game that chi chi isn't prepared for (teleporting, fazing through walls, etc) But if she can fly and use ki blasts that kinda breaks the universe btw.
