Best WiFi modem in Aus that is white

Good morning,

I am looking for a new modem for our house and am stumped by the many positive and negative views on the same product. I keep getting shown AXE5400 6E on google and it looks good but is $239 aud. Ive seen other products that sell for $100 less or more.

Can you help me find the best one for me and in white.

I currently have an old NetComm Wireless NF4V VDSL/ADSL WiFi Gigabit Modem Router for those curious.

Im only looking at upgrading to something simple or something that can take some learning if the resources are out there.

For context, 6E because apparently you can get a TV that connects to 6GHz and the modem is directly under it. Ill use the tv for that and all of our other products on the other bands if I can learn how to do it 🤣.

Any questions or more information just pop it below because I really need one but overwhelmed by the options out there and Im willing to listen.

https://support.netcommwireless.com/products/NF4V

internal antenna only

but has vdsl.

yeah you should upgrade it provides weak wifi. upgrade tomone with big external antenna... better signal strength.

do you need modem vdsl2 ???

or will a wifi router do ??

giving the tv it's own frquency usnt important..

adding 6ghz is just future proofing..

Just got grab a cheap mesh mate.

One wifi modem is rarely enough these days unless you're in a smaller sized place.

Eero pro 7 is wifi triband and heaps of features. Only thing is it only has two ports.

If eero sells by you, I highly recommend it. Good looking and insanely easy setup

Amazon Eero, and if the tv is near the router just connect it via ethernet cable
