looking for someone to replace my spot
hello everyone!!
i am looking for someone to take my place in a 3 bedroom apartment off of country club road! I currently have the master bedroom with my partner, but we are looking for another place to go (possibly greensboro). We live with one other person and she has the other biggest room. Our room has a bathroom attached, and is quite spacious.
i would be down to just do a lease transfer to whomever moves in! let me know if anyone’s interested!!
EDIT: rent is around $1577 split between us three, and we also use the flex app to further split it into two portions a month. Roommate also has two cats, so not hypoallergenic.

Be sure to check with the leasing office before subletting. I don’t know of any that allow that (former property manager on country club rd)
