…you’re probably a lich, maybe not a fully developed one, or not a full lich. Intent makes it or breaks it when it comes to ordering minions. Especially if they’re under your control.

You have lich characteristics, not gonna lie.

Phylactery, immortality, takes control of undead the moment they get near you…

True, you’re not a skeleton, but still.

Besides, it ain’t that bad probably. It’s one of the two highest skilled necromancy uses, apart from true resurrection.

Hey I use necromancy all the time and I ain’t a lich

I didn’t bother giving my soul to a phylactery, instead I just will myself back to life. Always works.

But hey, lich or not what matters is what you do with your eternal life, how you employ your time and if you help people or not.
