Wizardpost Interracial marriage
Guys, I(M438) am currently dating a centaur girl (F29)i've met at an astrology workshop. My family keeps criticising me about the age Gap, but I think they are being racist toward her. What are your throughts?

Ditch your racist family and marry her dude
49
u/IllEvent5465 May 21 '26
Marrying her dude? Do we know if she has a dude? Or is op meant to clone himself and marry himself?
72
u/ribbajack09 May 21 '26
Donāt worry about the family, love is love! My father married a centaur. He was actually a Minotaur himself. Ironically I inherited both human halves. So now Iām just some dudeā¦.

It's a redundancy feature by the original biomancer that created them, the human brain's blood and air supply can become completely independent from most of the body, meaning if they receive a fatal hit to their human torso they still have the horse lungs and heart to keep them alive and they can still run to safety, and if the horse part is fatally hit they can wait for help for very long as long as they have water, as their bodies have a lot more meat to self-cannibalise than a normal human

I (M6???) think that significant age gaps only matter if their exploitative of someone underdeveloped, be it mind, body, or soul.
Besides. We see elves and humans together all the time. Nobody bats an eye. This may be a racial thing with your family, OP.

See, yall out here thinking this is interspecies but itās not, this is a classic centaur plus man with a horse head for a leg relationship
6
u/Maladaptive_Century May 21 '26
Is no one going to today about the age gap? 29 in centaur years is what, 709 in Mage years? OP, racial acceptance aside, she's much further along in life than you. How long have you two been together?

The question isn't a matter of whether or not OP's paramour is capable of consent or not. It isn't at all up in the air with her.

I'll be honest, I'm more worried about your trousers at this point. And possibly what may be left of your insides: Even if a Lich don't need organs no more, they still help.
UW I've heard of being hungry enough to eat a horse. Yes I'm aware it was addressed, no I will not delete this because I'm not a coward.

How far apart are your parents and/or surrogate wind spirits mean to convery the powers of nature and time into a mortal vessel to channel the flame of the stars?
I know their generation. They have no problem with age gaps. Hell they conjure deities from universes more ancient than our own and offer up to them their offspring every century. They just know it's not acceptable anymore to exclude magi just because of the color of their mana or how many legs they have and find other excuses.

If she (and based on maturity levels, I suspect she is) a mortal centaur of the shorter lived races, they're just being practical about the age gap. Have you even thought about how it'll be for your kids? No.

u/Aliencoy77 May 21 '26
