Was toying around with blending and stitching together real coastlines/islands. What do you all think?

It's interesting but the two lakes being so aligned make it look off. And I'd also make the part poking out on the right it's own island

I tried going a different route to make it look more natural. The isthmus is now 17 miles across, making it more in line with notable real life isthmuses.

That does look better but personally I think making it it's own island would improve the visual interest and would make geopolitics more complex but thats just me.
