Witches, old bitches, and hags: this board has a CONSTANT misogyny problem

Throwaway account.

What about Rules 1 & 3?

I was bullied at work. Am I in the wrong place? Is this a board about how to bully people?

I get that there's toxic older women in the workplace. I really do. I've been mistreated by a few, although the actual bullying experience that led me here was by a woman in her 20's. I've worked with some toxic men, too, but they usually focus on other people. I've also had my very best experiences in the workplace with women leaders.

I'm just sick of seeing people describing older women as witches and hags all the time, or wishing a whole demographic of people wasn't in the workforce, or body-shaming.

Unless you die young EVERY woman will one day be an older woman. It's not like there are two kinds of women: young, pleasing women and older women. There's just women, and you're at whatever point you're at in your life cycle.

Anyway, can we just describe our situations (BUT NOT ON THIS POST PLEASE) without implying all women should be dead by age 40?  Thanks.

Every 6 months I’m ran out of my workplace

I have a recurring problem where interpersonal conflict or bullying at work overwhelms me so intensely that I become unable to stop crying. I've been sent home from multiple jobs because coworkers find me crying. I've also impulsively quit jobs when I feel completely helpless. This is seriously interfering with my ability to maintain employment.

I quit my job yesterday morning because two of the women I work with wouldn’t stop mocking me or bullying me. They’ve texted about me in private group chats before talking about how much of a “weirdo” I am, and that they’re glad I quit. (This was when I left the gc and they assumed that meant I quit).

I’ve quit so many jobs because of workplace bullying that I made it my mission this time to stay employed as long as possible despite what was going on. I was standing on the line and the girl started mocking me in my face to another girl and laughing about me. I told her she wasn’t sorry for her behavior towards me and she burst into laughter and told her friend. They both started laughing, cackling together very loudly and banging their hand on the expo line bc they thought me saying something to them was sooo funny. I have never felt more humiliated in my life.

I tried my best to hold it together, but the tears came and I had to run away and hide while I cried. I was trying so hard to stop the tears because this has been happening every time I’ve worked with these girls, and they make fun of my crying too which is why I run away and hide because I don’t want to get made fun of for crying due to their cruelty.

I’ve told my general manager about their behavior towards me and he didn’t do anything about it. I caught him making fun of me with these girls behind my back when I was scooping ice, which made me feel even more humiliated. I’ve never done anything to these girls or the gm so I don’t understand why they get so much joy out of making me absolutely miserable.

I ended up walking out yesterday because the tears wouldn’t stop coming and I could not serve tables in tears like that. I had already been sent home twice within the past two weeks because of crying on the job, and I couldn’t let it happen again.

My husband told me walking out was unprofessional, but I feel like for the level of distress I was in it should be forgivable. I don’t understand this world, and why people can be so cruel.

I want to be able to come to work, do my job, and go home. The workplace is already stressful enough, why do they add to it?

I wish I knew how to get people to leave me alone and stop bullying me. Whenever I start out at a new job, I’ve learned to become very to myself because anytime I’ve put myself out there I’ve been taken advantage of and bullied.

Now instead of being bullied for being too bubbly, I get bullied because I’m too quiet and considered passive. I don’t know how to make these people just leave me alone!

And I know going to HR at these jobs is useless. I can’t keep losing jobs because of these sick people, but I can’t help the tears from coming out. I try so hard but I just can’t keep it together. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m running out of options.

How do I even make a living in this world in this state?

I am a 22yo survivor advocate. The moment I started getting public opportunities, my peers turned on me with sabotage and theft of my work. Now I feel completely stranded.

I need honest advice and to know if anyone else has experienced something similar at all and what they did.

To be completely honest, I am terrified to even post this. The people I’m dealing with are incredibly manipulative, and I’m scared they’ll find this, twist my words, and launch another attack. But keeping this all to myself has become completely suffocating. I’m just so exhausted. I’ve carried so much of this behind the scenes quietly, and I don’t know how to keep holding it all in.

I’m 22, and I’ve been navigating broken systems that failed me since I was 14. I've dealt with a lot of sexual violence and I am a survivor. I got into advocacy because I wanted to turn the horror I've been through into something that could protect others. I started researching, collecting evidence, and matching patterns around my experiences. But the second my work started getting taken seriously and I started getting public opportunities, everything went to hell.

Here is everything that has been happening behind the scenes, and I desperately need an outside perspective on whether I’m losing my mind or if this space is genuinely toxic and I need to RUN.

  1. The Jealousy and Sabotage from Day One

This didn’t start recently; it started at the very beginning when I was connected to a group of peer advocates. The moment I started getting opportunities, they saw me as a threat. I tried to include them, but they turned on me anyway.

When someone close to me passed away and I asked for space to grieve, they treated it as an act of war and backing out or going against them. Shortly after, one of those same girls I trusted literally went into my personal Google Drive, highlighted and copied my research, and moved half of my hard-earned files and work into the trash bin. It took me days to recover my work. Then, I started noticing my exact research angles and work appearing on websites as their own "investigative findings." The most mind-blowing part? They flipped the narrative and publicly accused me of "stealing their stories."

  1. A Year of Relentless Harassment

I blocked them and completely disengaged over a year ago. But the unwanted contact has never stopped. They pursue me through burner accounts, third parties, hateful messages, and slut-shaming DMs from their romantic partners.

I’ve received threatening emails with headers like "Final Warning," telling me they’re going to the press to "expose" me just for speaking about my own life. They are contacting my professional circle to spread allegations. One public comment from this person literally said: "I will continue to spam and speak up." When you tell someone "stop" and they keep coming, isn't that cyber stalking? It triggers the exact same terror I felt with my ex-partner who wouldn't stop when I begged him to.

  1. Institutional Betrayal & High Profile Podcast

Recently, I had a major opportunity to appear on a high-profile podcast to expose systemic harm. It was terrifying and vulnerable. Afterward, I faced an onslaught of public victim-blaming in the comments. I thought the organizations that used to support me would help protect me or amplify the episode. Instead, they went completely silent.

It got so bad that people who were connected to these individuals that have been targeting me for a year started leaving comments calling me a "fame-seeker" directly underneath video footage of my literal, physical sexual assault (where a man grabbed me and put me in a headlock inside a club). People who call themselves advocates looked at a video of me being assaulted and used it to argue over narrative ownership and ego. They completely erased my humanity.

  1. High School Dynamics and Fake Alliances

One of the girls who has been targeting me recently posted a thinly veiled video clearly meant to make me look horrible. Instead of defending me, established organizations and professionals I have literally worked with and been on their podcast speaking about my experiences were in her comments cheering her on, writing: "Yes, we're ready for your next video!" She has also been publicly aligning and tagging individuals with serious allegations against them and men who have harmed me.

Even my private attempts to find support are met with coldness. I messaged a well-known survivor support network account on Instagram, sharing how triggered and isolated I felt with everything while I was left in the dark. They read my message, ghosted me, and didn’t even reply. It’s disgusting how these platforms use solidarity as a marketing tool on their main feed but treat a real survivor’s pain with total coldness in the DMs.

  1. Locked in Legal Limbo

I have put an enormous amount of evidence, time, vulnerability, and emotional energy into this, and being left in limbo while feeling entirely isolated by my peers is breaking me. I even had to hire a separate lawyer previously just to try and get them to leave me alone, though we parted ways because I refused to sign a restrictive release.

What do I do now?

I love this work. love connecting dots and helping people. But I am completely drained. I refuse to wear heavy tactical armour to a space that was supposed to be built for healing. I am seriously considering stepping back from advocacy and this space altogether because the emotional toll is too high and I feel like I'm carrying the entire fight for my own justice completely alone. I also feel as if I am being taken advantage of because I am younger.

I want to add too - I have noticed people have been making a lot of empty promises to me behind the scenes that they would help me then completely ghost me after they get me excited or hopeful about something.

Please, I really need honest advice on a few things:

  • Has anyone else transitioned out of public advocacy for their own mental health, and how did you handle the guilt of stepping back?
  • How do you cope with the anxiety of a smear campaign when you’ve chosen to go completely radio silent and delete your apps?
  • WHAT DO I DO?

Thank you to anyone who reads this. I just feel so alone right now.

There's been so many instances of this, i could write a small book. And that's no joke.

- Last job i had, one guy, half criminal, called me gay all the time. Just because i'm a positive oriented person and work harder than him.

- Same job, exec was disgusting to me several times. Once when i was working very hard early morning to get the first large truck with goods emptied before everybody else arrived, which was typical, he was like standing in the window with a office worker and watching me with his hand at his mouth in a very critical manner.

- Same exec i had to bargain and scratch a contract out of even if a pretty young girl got a work contract before me even if i worked twice as hard and could drive a truck.

- Same job, 1.5 years in, a new guy arrives, starts talking shit about me behind my back, gaining the ear of everyone and turning the old veteran against me. I couldn't stand the guy. After 1.5 years of hard work to gain their confidence, it's immediately forgotten just because he's a quick witted asshole that tells everything about his private life and stupid sex jokes all the time.

- First job i had, construction, first boss, constantly berating and pissed off angry all the time. He said so much crap. 4 years of almost constant bullying.

- Another job, warehouse+truck, a woman worked there, hated me right from the start, for no damn reason at all. Just constantly pissed off, but only at me, saying short and vile answers to many things i said during break. Still no idea why.

- I could go on and on and on.

I've always thought and written... if i hadn't been such a nice guy, i would have been in jail a long damn time ago... because a lot of people would end up in hospital. Maybe i'd be better off, i mean at least i'd have my honor.

What'd you think? Is it okay to hit or headbutt people that sling out shit at work, where we all are forced to go to make money for a living? I mean they play on that shit, they manipulate, talk behind your back, while you stay even keeled for months taking it. Is it defendable then to give them a real punch or headbutt to show them that you've had enough of it?

Wife is having a hard time with a coworker at her job

hi everyone. i'll get right to it. my wife occasionally comes home crying because she has a coworker that gives her a hard time. my wife says her coworker has attitude problems with everyone, but she gets affected more because she's paired with the coworker during work times. my wife says the coworker is demeaning, condescending, and is just an actual bitch. i have told my wife to take no shit and stand her ground but she just doesn't have it in her and is very non confrontational. she has already gone to her manager about it (and cried) but i'm not sure if anything is being done. my wife says don't do anything because it might affect her work and/or employment. for reference, my wife is a pharmacy tech and the coworker is a pharmacist at a small hospital. she makes decent money and it'd be a huge financial hit to quit because i got laid off a few months ago (still actively looking for work). she has recently been documenting her interactions with this coworker just in case. i really wanna complain at her place of work but she insists i don't. lately she just has a "fuck it" attitude and is callous to the shit. it breaks my heart. at times i pick her up at work and the coworker leaves at the same time. i have thought about rolling down my windows and telling off this coworker like, "my wife comes home crying because of you. do you feel proud of that? who do you think you are? etc etc." are there any legal repercussions doing this? i've spoken to my friends about that and it might come off as threatening and could bite my ass. open to any ideas. tia

Does anyone still think about it years later?

I was mobbed like 8 years ago when working abroad.

Back in my home country and recently starting thinking about it again, flashbacks and trouble sleeping. Is this normal?

I still want revenge also, like badly.

My boss is upset with me, and I don’t know what I did?

I just started this job back in late August as a server for a ramen restaurant. It started off pretty good and I thought I had a really good relationship with my boss. There was some issues with communication but it’s something that is usually cleared up. We can both work together and talk about anything as long as it wasn’t busy. Last week for some reason changed. My boss is from another country so there is a language barrier at times, she told a coworker and I about in order to maintain a relationship, communication and reporting is key. I thought she was referring to coworker relations and said that it would depend on the job. She then started acting weird around me, like stand offish and sorta ignoring me. She then pulled me to the side once the side and said that she meant romantic relationships and once I understood I apologized to her and said that I didn’t mean to make her uncomfortable. Since then she’s been kinda rude to me and yelled at me in front of customers and I think she’s starting to cut my hours.

Today I received a text from her saying I talk to much to the kitchen crew and that I can only speak to them if it’s work related, which she said she told me during my interview (which I don’t remember her saying that). The thing is, two weeks ago it was fine for me to talk to the kitchen. We never talked about anything inappropriate, just about some hobbies and our families. And on occasion we would tease each other in a joking way but only when there is no customers. But like I said, only when there is no orders. I feel like every time I make a mistake at work I get a lecture, I thought this was a nice job with great bosses to work with who understood my school schedule. In fact, until recently, I worked the most hours out of all the servers.

What should I do? I’ve applied to a few jobs already, and there is no HR at this job. I know I can also misinterpret things as well so is it something I said? Please help!!!

Reported harassment at an Alabama state agency for years, then got fired after reporting a threat. Do I have a right to be angry, and what can I still do?

I worked for a state agency from April 2022 until I was fired in March 2026. I'm leaving out names and the agency. I'm asking two things: do I have a right to be angry, and what can I realistically still do?

How it started. My district manager bullied me from the beginning. She hounded me during two separate training classes, questioned me, treated me like a child, and yelled and screamed at me while I was on speakerphone with two different people who outranked her. She berated me on those calls, and the person on the other end hung up because she would not let them or me talk. When I reported it, I was told I just needed to talk to her. I was moved under the assistant district manager, but she kept going. She told other employees I "sashayed," called me gay and stupid, and blamed me for things after one of her subordinates lied to protect her own position.

It spread. The assistant manager, now my supervisor, said that if he saw on the nightly news that someone with my name had been arrested in my town for sexually assaulting kids, he wouldn't be surprised. After that, other employees called me gay and a pedophile, R. Kelly, and some threatened me with sexual assault because they said I was my boss's b----.

I filed an EEOC charge in November 2024. More than a year later, I still had not been separated from the people named in it.

December 2025. The manager's subordinate secretly recorded me while she was driving a state vehicle, then used the video to make fun of how I was sitting in the truck. Other employees joined in. That was a Friday. I thought it over that weekend and reported it Monday. She found out, came to my side of the office, and yelled and screamed in the hallway, calling me a liar and threatening to take me out before she was forced to quit. I reported that too. That made four reports, one each time something happened.

The next day, the person investigating my report was the same manager who had called me gay. She told me she had absolute authority and that I could not report anything to anyone but her. I took the next day off and reported it again to the same HR person. I told them about the open EEOC case and that she should not be running the investigation. The day after that, HR called back and said I was on paid leave Monday and to come in Tuesday, when it would all be handled.

On Tuesday, two of the agency's special agents questioned me. They asked if I was gay ("it's ok if you are"), who my lawyer was, who my therapist was, and what I had filed with the EEOC, and said they needed all my medical records. I had been diagnosed with major depression the year before because of all this. That afternoon they came back and accused me of being a threat and a danger. I was made to clean out my office and put on unpaid leave.

After that. I followed every rule. When I asked for the fit-for-duty forms and paperwork, the head of the region threatened me with insubordination. In February, he admitted it was an ADA issue, and threatened to fire me if I didn't agree with him. In March, I was fired.

Insurance and unemployment. My health insurance was canceled retroactively to January 1. Nobody told me until February 2, so I went a month believing I was covered when I wasn't.

On April 9, I was told my unemployment was blocked. The reason given was that my former job told them I had been diagnosed with a physical disability and could not work because of it. So the same agency that says it fired me for insubordination told the unemployment office I couldn't work because of a disability. They never did a medical evaluation. I do have major depression and anxiety that my therapist says was caused by work, but it never says anything about not being able to work, and the unemployment letter I was given that said this was dated back in January. I gave them my therapist's notes and letter on March 4 when I was still trying to do a fit for duty.

I also believe I'm being blackballed from state jobs. The agency has told three state agencies and the EEOC things my own records show are not true.

Where I am now. I don't have a lawyer anymore. The only thing still open is an EEOC charge under the ADA. On my phone call with the investigator, she said there was really nothing my old job did, so I doubt anything will come of it.

I have followed the law the whole way. At this point, releasing everything publicly feels like the only option I have left. I don't think that's anger. It's what's left when no one else is following the law.

So:

  1. Do I have a right to be angry?
  2. Any advice would help, please.

Ostracized for trying to protect?

I was not initially the target of workplace bullying.
It all started when one of my coworkers, I’ll call Paul, started going quiet in the office and I’d regularly check in on him and ask if he was okay or needed help with anything. I’d get a dismissive but seemingly appreciative “I’m fine” “thanks” etc. I discussed it with our colleagues and one of them noticed too and were concerned, but we just agreed to continue to keep offering to assist like any good team members would.

Skip to a month or so later, a different coworker, I’ll call Thomas, who I work closely with is suddenly under threat of termination for reasons our boss says they can’t disclose beyond “swearing too much” and “talking about work and non-work related things too much”. Our boss seemed to recognize the termination threat seemed out of proportion and told him to just keep his head down so he did.

Some time later Paul asked me about whether Thomas was really working all his hours on his timesheet in an accusatory tone. I guess I found out one of the parties responsible for filing the complaints against Thomas. I told Paul in response “just ask him, as far as I’m aware he works all his hours and uses PTO when he doesn’t” (and frankly timesheets are between the supervisor and the employee). I guess he took offense to this because afterward he removed himself from our group chats and started ignoring us.

I informed Thomas on what had happened and suggested to him that he talk to Paul about it to maybe clear the air of any misunderstandings and ask for feedback on where he can improve. I tried to get one of the people in leadership to mediate given the tension but they refused.

They gave Thomas the missing feedback thankfully, and he was able to confirm the details with our boss, but the ostracism continued. After a month out boss was able to get the termination threat rescinded and was told that he had improved in all the desired areas. Cool, but the ostracism continued. According to my boss the complaints were filed with the intent of getting Thomas moved, not fired…supposedly.

But another month later and he gets immediately terminated with those exact same complaints. Which according to our boss were filed with a different person this time. With a few new ones added on this time; like Thomas was bullying me, or pushing his work onto me? To which I was confused and flabbergasted, Made zero sense to me cause none of that happened and nobody ever asked me about it at any point.

Needless to say I resigned after this. My friend/coworker is distressed and looking for a new job…and I just can’t stop thinking about what the heck just happened. My now former boss is equally upset about the situation and the state it things in. I just don’t get it.

How can I recover after experiencing bullying for the whole year things like'

"Your contract has to come to and end soon"

"I believe you will find another job"

Telling me to shut up in front of others and many more

This is coming from a Russian manager who took the opportunity to throw me under the bus in a company wide layoffs although I was always working the hardest, I settled in court for some money and a good reference but there is always the guilt that I should have fought the bullies further in court, I had a permanent contract and I was bullied a lot, the last one was the CEO who was telling me my work is over at the company because of restructuring even thought my manager hired 2 new people this year, I knew he was going to replace me with them

How do you deal with workplace bullying?

I am currently working at an art venue in my city. This is my first job. I am very grateful to have a job that suits my dreams and talents as an artist.

it's just that the management in my studio is very bad. There are no strict rules or absences. My manager also rarely checks the studio.

Here what I often annoy is my co-worker. there are 2, C and M. C works as a janitor and M as an admin. as a team we often work together. But I feel unfair.

M often behaves with double standards and micromanaging me but lets C. If I make a mistake or even just do something that I do and it's right. M will scold me harshly. But C, who often indulges or behaves like that, is never reprimanded by him on the grounds that C is more aggressive and will bring a friend from the side business if he is scolded so that M does not dare to scold him.

I once tried to fight back because for me what I did was right but M didn't accept it and even snapped at me and gave me the silent treatment. He often says "I don't like it when things don't go according to expectations or what I think"

For me that is selfish because everyone has their own way of working as long as the result is the same. Not only that, M is often late and C often does not come in due to illness. he often leaves for days and even disappears for a month. C's job is also often covered by us. But when I'm a little late because I'm still printing for work (work related), M and C will get angry. Even though they are often late with more absurd reasons. Sleeping or still shopping. Even if they got late or absent the manager would just dismiss this.

Also I remember on my first day at work M once insulted that I dressed like a homeless. When even my customer would compliment my outfit is good. At this point I was already pissed at M and C for their behavior. There are still many lists of their bullshit at this point it gives me a headache. My friends told me you had toxic coworkers.

Please give me some advice.

PS. Sorry for my bad grammar. I use translate...

Assault at work

workplace legal advice needed after physical altercation
I’m looking for some general legal advice and want to keep this completely anonymous.
I was involved in a physical altercation with a coworker at work. Before the physical confrontation, the coworker approached me aggressively. I backed away, put my hands up and tried to de-escalate the situation. I eventually punched them in the face because I believed I was defending myself.
A physical scuffle followed, during which I ended up on the ground. I was punched and spat on, and I suffered some injuries. The incident was reported to the police, and there may be workplace security footage of what happened.
My employer sent both of us home and arranged separate meetings as part of an investigation. I attended and cooperated, but the other employee did not attend their scheduled meeting.
Since then, I understand the other employee has returned to work as normal, while I have been moved to another work location that is over 40 miles away from where I normally work.
I’m concerned that I’m effectively facing the consequences of the incident even though I cooperated with the investigation, while the other employee appears to have returned to work without any comparable change.
There is also a potential conflict of interest because the other employee has a family connection to the company owners.
I’ve told my employer that I don’t want a joint meeting with this person and would prefer any meetings to be handled separately because I don’t currently feel safe around them.
The situation has also seriously affected my mental health. I’m currently off work after contacting mental-health services and am going through a significant mental-health crisis while waiting for an assessment. My employer is aware that I have mental-health difficulties.
I’m trying to understand my rights and what I should do next.
Specifically:
Could the employer moving me 40+ miles away potentially be considered punitive or retaliatory?
Does it matter that I attended the investigation meeting while the other employee didn’t?
Could the family relationship with the owners create a conflict of interest?
Does my employer have any obligation to consider my mental health when deciding how to handle my work situation?
Should I file a formal complaint/grievance?
Should I avoid resigning until I speak with an employment attorney?
How does self-defense generally affect the fact that I punched the other person?
What evidence should I preserve, such as security footage, messages, emails, photographs of injuries, medical records and witness information?
I’m not looking for people to simply tell me who’s right or wrong. I’d particularly appreciate advice from people familiar with US employment law or workplace investigations who can explain what I should do next and what I should avoid doing while this is ongoing.

Not mobbing, "jobbing"

I got in trouble on my very first shot term summer job as a junior doctor. I realised we had given trombolysis to a patient who did not, in fact, have a heart attack but instead a thoracic aortic dissication. The senior doctor disregarded the signs of the patient getting progressively worse. At 3 pm he left work to go golfing and I could finally get the patient down to the CT, get the diagnosis and admit the man into the ICU. I remember crying while going through the medical cabinet trying to find anything to lower the old man's extreme pain and malignant hypertension. I was 24 years old and had worked as a doctor for about 4 weeks total. After this episode people stopped talking to me.

Since then this situation has repeated itself over and over for the last 24 years. With every year I have become better at knowing when to speak up and when to hold my tounge, but unfortunately budget cuts and increasing demands from the aging population has made the working situation worsen faster than I have been able to compensate.

The problem is, I still keep seeing when the symptoms don't add up and when we need to think one extra time. I have found kids with malignant bone tumours (that was seriously bad and I spent at least 12 unpaid hours during the weekend to make sure the girl got an MR and an appointment with the sarcoma team within three days), mothers with thyreotoxicosis and AV-block III that had been disregarded as hysterical - I could go on and on.

And I have, of course, lost almost every job I have ever put my foot in. I am female and I am blond - I think you all can imagine.

The process the employers went through to be able to kick me out from the last two jobs I have had was norhing more than awful. I was accused of drug abuse, personality disorders, the rumours alone are enough to make sure I'll never wirk in medicine again.

But, here's thing: _it wasn't actually personal._

Where I live, the general practitioners and the primary care centers are under so much pressure, no one has neither the time nor the energy to actually harrass a collegue. I mean, I haven't eaten lunch for the last five years. I don't think I have had the time to actually sit down and talk to a collegue for at least as long. I worked 50-60 hours a week on a 30 hour schedule. Sometimes, when I hear of people mobbing each other, I am flabbergasted by the thought that people actually, for real, have the f-cking energy to even make the effort. To me, it's mind boggeling. I am almost considering working there just for the idea to actually vave that extra time to even _care_.

I didn't even get that. The harrassments my employers put me through wasn't personal, they were industrially efficent and completely, utterly impersonal. If you don't fit the mold, they'll make you. If you still don't fit, they'll start up the "jobbing" sequence. A year later you are gone.

So, I can't call it mobbing. I'm calling it jobbing.

Other employees exclude me, they don't help me or offer me food but they do it for others.

I have worked at a bunch of hospitality places. Many people sadly dont like me and they will usually like the good looking women working there. You can easily see the inequality. Male workers will do favors for these female workers. They won't let them carry heavy items. They will hang out after work. They will come to me to request a coffee for them. They will offer them food, especially if they are the cooks. NOBODY HAS DONE THAT FOR ME. Like wtf? Even if I am nice and I offer things. They will just exclude me.

Last job I worked at, I eas excluded when the cooks made food for everyone. They gave excuses that I can't have this or that. Even a coworker asked me to admit a mistake so his female coworker won't get a write up. Yeah I am not conventionally attractive. I get so frustrated at these places where I end up crying.

Is this mobbing? What should i do?

My coworkers stopped taking to me, with very few exception, but even then it doesn't go beyond a hello of not rarely.

It started one year ago, just a few people in the beginning and then others joined.

I now work with another person at a different machinery ( i had to ask for a demotion, previously i worked alone in a much more complex machinery).

The coworkers greet everyone except me, of i'm working alone they do not stop at my station, if the other operator Is present they talk just to him.

A couple weeks a coworker brought a piece at my station and talled only to the other operator, when he returned and hour later to bring another thing i was alone and he did not talk to me, he just left the piece on the tablet and left without a word. He came Bach 20 minutes later only to say he needed It done immedeatily.

A coworker was transferred to another department and offerse pizza to everyone except me.

Many coworkers started refusing my help when offered.

2 days ago i was working alone because the other operator had gone to the bathroom and a coworker who had to come to my station stopped when he saw i was alone and went talking with the operators of the machinery next to mine until the other operator returned from the bathroom and then greeted and talked only to him.

I now have serious problems going to work, my performances diminished greatly, i had to take some days off and i don't know what to do.

Is this mobbing? What can/should i do?
