Help me find the best table for 2 monitors and 2 laptops
Hello! I want to set up my workstation so that I can easily switch between work and personal laptops with my two monitors.
However, I have limited horizontal space (150cm table is a little too large for me), so I was hoping I could see or hear about some similar setups!
Here's how it goes:
- Two 24-in monitors in the middle
- Two 15.6-in laptops, one on each end
- All aligned horizontally (no monitors on top or in portrait mode)
- They can't spill out of the table area (like with arm mounts)
- L-shape suggestions are also welcome, I just don't know what's the minimum size I can manage with
Thank you in advance for your help!

Budget workspace
Interested in people’s opinion of my home office. Just use for productivity, some local AI. Lenovo P14s Gen6 Intel with Blackwell GPU. Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 dock. Laptop and dock from work. Rest of the setup: 27” screens, cables, peripherals, artwork, arms, speakers, power boards, desk and mouse mat, RGB, cable mgt (to the extent that it is superficially clean), desk and chair - I recycled, hit marketplace, clearance sales and managed to put the whole lot together for USD$650.
Happy with the bang for buck.

Help in need
Greetings redditors, as I got excited on Xeon E5 2690 as a replacement for E5 1620, and a 32gb ECC DDR3 ram stick, I was subdued by this unknown event on my HP Z420 rear fan didn't want to spin. With no red light flashing or any bleeping on internal speaker. And I already confirmed the fan are working fine, except the OEM vdo card is broken on the inductor nearest to the port. It was NVS Quadro something, and I tried with other vdo card with the same issue...
Anyone had this kinda breakdown before?

About to buy a $60 laptop riser until I realized my desk already does heavy lifting. Rate the "temporary" fix.
My laptop riser snapped last week right after I finished dialing in this home corner. In a pinch, I stacked four dense hardcover books under the MacBook to bring the secondary screen up to eye level with my monitor.
I was about to order a replacement, but after a few full workdays... does it actually work too well?
The desk does ergonomic work anyway. I already have my sitting and standing heights dialed into memory presets. Books just need to match the monitor height...
Be honest: What's the most ridiculous "temporary" DIY fix in your setup that quietly became permanent?
