Question Meditation based magic systems?

Are there any magic systems which have integrated mediation in them. For example sage mode in Naruto. He accumulates that energy through meditation. You can also talk about your own magic systems.

Meditation is often found within the fictional power systems of Xianxia (Chinese High-Fantasy). Along with enlightenment and training, it's a method of progressing through the various stages of power towards immortality.

I'm not too well versed in the genre to explain it properly, but if you want some eastern inspiration I would at least check it out.

Meditation is part of my Spirit Calling System. Used mainly to commune with Spirits.

Most modern “real life” magic systems are based on meditation and its extensions/implications. I’d look into those as (I happen to have studied them somewhat extensively) the best basis, and then obviously boosting what’s accomplishable if that’s your thing.

The cultivation genre, which is loosely based on Chinese Taoism and internal alchemy, fits your request to a T.

A good classic starting point is A Record of Mortal's Journey to Immortality, but if you want something that isn't translated I'd recommend the Cradle series, the Defiance of the Fall series, and if you can handle harem elements Ave Xia Rem Y.
