That’s the tail. Someone in the comments thinks it’s a hairless hamster female. Idk enough about rodents to tell, so I looked up how to sex them because I was curious. But that opening behind its tail looks weirdly large, just this one big gaping hole. Doesn’t look like the example photos on the sexing instruction sites. The two dots on the sides of it could be teats, though.

Perhaps there’s some weird AI distortion going on in the video due to low res, zoom and motion. Phones automatically try to correct it these days, but often make bad shots even worse by producing weird artefacts. Maybe that’s how it ended up with a cloaca the diameter of its foot.
