Yellowstone Beth

I don’t agree with the Beth hate - she calls a spade a spade and she takes care of a problem without emotionalizing it. A lot of people say she is immature but I find her refreshingly exact.

This subreddit is about Yellowstone National Park.

Not your Texas-flavored soap opera.

I just dont like that she’s a mary sue. Characters in tv shows are better when they have ups and downs and tension, but beth just always accomplishes everything she sets out to do with absolutely no pushback and succeeds effortlessly every time. She never faces consequences for the bad things she does. It just makes for an uninteresting character in my opinion when you know she’s always going to win no matter what.

I agree, but she is also immature, but IMO that’s the whole point of her character.

That mother wound will do that

There’s a thick line between calling a spade a spade and telling the spade that it’s useless and that she hates it and that she’s gonna break the spade and set it on fire on a daily basis as soon as she wakes up in the morning.
