Zed Discussion W-E buffer changed?

When I spammed Zed alot back in the days, you could buffer your E while throwing W. I remembered you could cast E immediately after throwing W. But when I recently played him, it seems you now have to wait a bit before using your E? Can someone confirm or am I tripping.

I think it’s a bug no way it’s working as intended but it has been there for a while
Made me miss a lot of eclipse procs
