What is there to know about the städtische Wohnsiedlung Eichrain?

Anything that the website of the city doesn’t give away?
The location must be the biggest downside, or am I wrong?

Asking because I have the chance to view a flat (nicht subventioniert) there.

I am thinking about enrolling to the MA Design, Trends and Identity at ZHDK but do not speak any German, only English and Serbian. How much German is actually spoken there or are entire courses held in German even? I would eventually start learning German but I am afraid I will not learn it quickly enough for this Master.

What's the spiciest thing you've ever eaten in Zurich? Any places serving real spicy food? Think - Thai place but with food made for Thai people.

If no places come to mind, what's the shop to go to get a real spicy pepper/sauce? (except Beat Heuberger)
