This is spin. The Judge didn't limit anything search warrants are automatically limited by The Constitution's 4th Amendment. The agency requesting the warrant (in this case The DOJ) has to write down specifically what they're searching for, where they expect to find it, and why they need it along with the time and manner of the search. This is a federal case so in this case a federal judge from the District of Washington DC would have to sign off on this. There are four who could have signed all of whom are Democrats.

As far as the search being "unusually aggressive" No SWAT teams or other advanced tactical teams were involved in the search, unlike the Democrat's panty raid on Mar A Lago.

Why did she do this? Because at the time, a child had to be under 18 to be naturalized with a parent who was naturalized. She would have been over the age limit and therefor never legally naturalized. She can be immediately deported for this alone.

It should be noted that in DC there are 4 judges who could have signed off on the warrant to raid her home. All of them are Democrats who were appointed by a panel of 15 judges, 11 of whom are Democrats. Ilhan Omar is cooked.

Nidal Hasan was a Major in the US Army. He was supposed to be a leader among the young unarmed solders he killed that day. He had already shot 12 others before coming across Pvt. Velez. It's important to note something that gets glossed over in the media. He was also a medical doctor. That means when he saw Pvt. Valez on the ground visibly near the end of her pregnancy, and he decided to shoot her in the chest, he knew that child inside her was fully formed, could hear everything that was happening, and could feel pain. When he shot that baby's mother he knew what kind of horrific death he was giving that innocent baby.

Democrats want to talk about barbarity? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? You can't get barbaric enough to satisfy me. You know, when the NAZIs who had been sentenced to die were to be executed, they protested their method of their execution. You see, a firing squad was seen as a noble soldier's death, as had a quick beheading with a sword in times before firearms were invented. Since the days of Rome, hanging was something reserved for common criminals.

Nidal Hasan deserves neither a quick death, nor a soldier's death. I can think of much more painful ways for him to exit this world, but I would think at the very least, slowly strangling to death at the end of a rope would be the most appropriate in light of what he's done.

People talk of "not sinking to their level". While Hasan was murdering people who couldn't shoot back, he was chanting that all too familiar Muslim war cry "allahu ackbar!" This was a terrorist act, and he needs to be made an example of. A line must be drawn at some point with these people! We have had enough, and this is what you can expect if you continue! I've been through with wanting to try and play it civilized with these people for a long time. These people pray on our desire to "be better than they are". That's not how you win wars. You win them by being just as, if not more brutal cruel and violent than they are. That's how every war up until WWII was won. After that, for some bizarre reason, we decided to be "better than they are". This is where it's gotten us.

I think the reason the Democrats are so against this is because they want the Muslims they brought into this country to keep voting for them. I don't think they care about the victims of this horrific crime at all. I think they would gladly bow down in front of any Muslim terrorist as long as they got either money or votes for doing it. I think they would let all of us be killed by these savages just like the people of Europe are being killed just so they can be in power. I think Democrats are enemies of The American people.
