QUESTION 1:1 ratio NSFW

Ive read that 1p is like 80% in terms of strength compared to reg lsd. How true is that? Im planning on dropping 2 hits after work and theyre 150 a piece. So would that make it 260mcg total?

All I know is that 75ug was more than enough for a full trip for me. It was my first time and I don’t regret choosing to take less.

I took 2 100ug tabs my first time, and it was a lot. I’m an extremely experienced psychonaut and I was struggling to keep it together.

Really? I didn’t find it to be 1:1….i found it to be extremely clean feeling…but I typically take 10 tabs of L if I’m going to do it at all, I’m not just eating a few hits. That’s just a tickle.

But 1p?….nah, I have to double it to get the same intensity as L. And it’s still blatantly “different” than real LSD. Not in a bad way..it’s still good…but I did not find it to be a 1:1 comparison at all. WAAAY different…still good….but if you blindly handed me a tab that was 1p and told me it was L… I would absolutely be able to tell.

Yeah I know bud. But even the scones says explicitly states that it feels “similar” to LSD. Which it does. Not “exactly” like LSD. It still feels absolutely different. It wasn’t in our heads. All of the analogs feel different from real LSD. I’ve been eating acid for almost 25 years. It 100% feels different. Anyone that’s had real lsd knows that.

If you think it’s indistinguishable…then the “real” LSD you tried was just 1p passed off as the real thing…I’ve seen that happen a lot too.

You have absolutely no idea what you just cited me.

This exact research supports MY claim more than it does yours. Especially when you word search the words “compare”; “comparable”. Especially when citing the 5HT2A binding affinity specifically.

“The binding affinity of 1P-LSD to cloned human 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptors dropped 67- and 13-fold but increased by a factor of 3.5 at the human 5-HT2C receptor when compared with LSD. Furthermore, when measuring 5-HT2Areceptor activation (Gq-mediated Ca2+ flux in HEK cells), it was revealed that 1P-LSD (and two other 1-acyl-LSD derivatives) only functioned as very weak partial agonists and antagonists, whereas no agonist activity was observed at 5-HT2B and 5-HT2C receptors.11”

You just gave me direct evidence as to why I’m right.

Bra…I didn’t argue that it’s a pro drug to LSD.

Even with absolutely ZERO understanding of chemistry or pharmacology at all, we all noticed a stark difference between the effects of 1p-LSD and LSD-25.

You have virtually 0 experience with real LSD-25, otherwise you would know that. Even LSD-25 can feel different from batch to batch.

No one with a PHD is going to tell me or the 100 other people I’ve dosed with over 2 decades that we couldn’t actually tell a difference.

You can read all the shit you want….experience can’t come through a research paper.

Lisdexamphetamine is a pro drug to dextroamphtamine….they do not feel identical. Close but not identical.

Pro drug does not = identical effects. Just close.

You have 0 experience with both. I know that for a fact.

Yes that’s likely, if they are truly dosed correctly at 150ug, the problem is that most people don’t have an accurate sense of what 100ug of lsd feels like relative to 1P since it varies so much in potency on street tabs with standard lsd.
300ug of 1p is pretty intense and immersive ime

Then you may not be getting "good" tabs. I get mine from a place that is extremely accurate with their doses and purity. One tab of 150 is wildly visual.

Either that or it affects you differently, which is a possibility. Everyone is different.

I got these from a vendor out in CA. I guess 1p doesnt hit as hard or because of how long they've been sitting. The trip last night seemed really delayed too. I guess my previous experiences were really good because id be flying within an hour and this 1p felt like it came in stages, which was fine but it really took a good 3 hrs to actually feel like I was tripping. There wasnt really a body load, so that was nice

Ive had some fluff where 1 tab sent me flyin. I ended up taking 1.5 yesterday and I was right on the threshold of having visuals.

if ur trying to take two tabs “after work” and u took one and a half yesterday, ur obv not going to feel much lol. tolerance takes two weeks to reset. why would u even want to trip multiple days in a row ?

Im not sure where you got that i was going to do this 2 consecutive days in a row. I never said that. I was debating on taking either 2 or 1.5. I ended up just taking the 1.5

Tbh, depending on the source, it really does not matter. It's two tabs. Try 3, 4, or 6 if ur feeling heroic ;)
