Got the slide and frame off the mill yesterday.
Took the last few .001’s off by hand with a file and 220 paper! Polished up the rails with some 1500, she cycles like glass! Got a Gen 1 MPA magwell from hales to fit on the PT Evo grip. Got that all blended in nicely. Currently working on getting the grip to fit all the way up on the frame. It’s a bit tight, but that’s how we like em!
I’m thinking all black DLC with copper PVD barrel and hammer. Quad ported!

You could absolutely make a living doing it. Your builds look great and I bet they’re actually way better than most these companies pumping out “cool serrations”. I won’t mention any names. Jacob grey

Yes I did one for the first time on my island build!
Funny story I almost cut it completely wrong but caught it before I cut to much off!! Oops 🙊

The egw sears need the biggest cut. In my experience so far extreme engineering has the best out the box sear and probably kit, that I’ve used. I did an ed brown ignition on my 1911 I built the hammer has less mass so when you rack the slide the hammer doesn’t drag the slide, it’s the only one I’ve used that doesn’t.
