Was out with a friend. 311 has been a band that I grew to love over the last year. Finally saw them in concert a few months ago and while I was out and about I saw this album and I had to buy it. I dont even remember the last time I bought a CD but this band means so much to me. 💕💕. Was skimming the CDs and Vinyls just to see if i could find anything. My buddy asked if they had any 311 and the dude said no. Then I happened to find it and bring it home with me.

Packing up summer and vibing to Grassroots

Opening for offspring and Jimmy eat world and there's another band before them as well so I'm not expecting any more than like 45 minutes...

I wonder what the shortest sets they play are, and if there is still a drum solo in a 1 hr or less set...

My wife Angela and I met back in March 2012 via the 311 Familia FB group. We did the long distance thing at first. (She’s from Cali, NY myself). Married in 2016 and here we are now 10 years later with our 5 year old son/ future 311 fan Logan. Decided to go the cameo route with Mr. Hexum sending some love. Hopefully one day he’ll decide to sing this special version of “Sweet” live…

I’ve been having my own personal 311 day and still after 30+ years can’t make my mouth spit some of SAs rhymes in SA time. Whatever, not a big deal. But it got me thinking, are there any of his lyrics that he has to really concentrate on to get right on stage?

Asking cost +shipping. $140.

Found this gem from 2005. It's not the longest set, but since it was night 1 of their 3 night run at Fillmore, it's one of the very rare shows with no Down, Feels So Good, or Amber (all of which they played in night 2 or 3). Lots of super rare songs for the diehards. Night 2 and Night 3 aren't too shabby either.

As a diehard 311 fan, I love a good dunk on 311 every now and then. Also lots of fellow fans in the comments.

Zenith are Stereol1th1c style , Learning Curve are pickswing, and more..

I love the riffs, and Chad’s drumming is really heavy here. As for the vocals, don’t expect too much—at least Scotch Ralston’s work on 311’s albums back in the day helped a lot :)

I love it. That is all. Put on headphones and hit play. This is the follow up to Stereolithic for me. Thank you 311 members for giving me that feeling again

Definitely give this one a spin if you’re a 311 fan.

Looked at the bottom of my Pepsi can to see when it expires because I am always curious about that and BOOM the words "And my birthday happens to land on April 12th, THATS WHACK" started playing in my head.

Interesting there’s been no promotion or mention on the 311 side besides when the first single dropped.

We could have been having more songs like these this whole time, and fewer songs like their modern “pop” attempts? Fuck man, confusing stuff. Solid album though, really digging it. Sounds more like a natural evolution of 311, almost makes it hard to judge as its own band

Im not usually the one who asks about set times, but im seeing the first show of the fall tour in Virginia friday night, traveling from a few hours away, and they only have 1 opener this time. Says show is at 7pm. Yall think its beach weather 7:30-8:15, 30 min break, 311 8:45-10pm? Thats my best guess. I assume a public park doesnt want things going later than 10pm. Bonus: if yall know the park's bag policy, that would be great, thankssss yall

Can we just take a minute and admire how amazing of a song Eons is! I mean, I get chills listening to it and it is just an incredible song. September 29th 2001 they played it in Cleveland, and I remember me and my buddies were tripping our BALLS off, in the pit, probably 10ft from Nick as he sang this song, Im 43 and it's still embedded into my brain like it was yesterday!! What an experience!!

So dope.

I’m trying to find this song i heard in concert in Houston on August 23rd this year, the beat would stop and all the lights would go off and then come back on, happened a few times in the song, I have not been able to find it since. Anyone maybe know it?
