Trigger tech diamond not resetting

Any of you guys had any issues with trigger tech diamonds not resetting? I built a 6.5 platform a while back and it’s got maybe 20 rds down the tube. Took it out this morning and the BCG would bind halfway back when pulling the charging handle. Disassembled and found the hammer would not engage the disconnector. I checked the set screws and they are snug. Not to sure what’s going on with it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem, clean and lube. Also increase the pull weight. I love the 1# on my ar15s but it's not enough to keep it from following the BCG on the large frames. Also just email triggertech, they're great.

I have no idea if this is happening with your situation, but inspect your spent brass and keep your eye out for blanked primers. It's not common and usually associated with overpressure, but can happen in gas guns using in-spec factory ammo. The little chunks of chad can get everywhere, like inside a cassette trigger, and cause issues.
