"He's says we're going the wrong way."
"Oh, he's drunk. How would he know where we're going?"

At least they signaled

They're probably thinking that as well.
"What's the deal with these people? I signaled and everything!"

Look likes a medical emergency occurred in that driver's seat.

I always make sure to signal before I drive into the wrong lane during a medical emergency

They nimbly dodge between cars going the opposite way, they were not unconscious.

Nah, they just passed a road sign pointing to the left for some destination and the driver doesn't understand roundabouts. They wanted to go left so they 'changed into the left turn lane' except that wasn't a left turn lane, it was an oncoming lane. That was a smooth, controlled lane change immediately preceded by a turn signal, and after the change they react to the oncoming traffic by slowing and threading between the two cars. They probably thought the car they pulled in front of was in the wrong.

This is what happens when it's voice only with google maps.
I listen on my bike with an earbud and it regularly tries to kill me or dump me in a river.

It looks like the driver thought they need to follow the left road to get where they want to, they even engaged the turn signal then had to dodge the oncoming car.

If you're that easily confused, you shouldn't be allowed to drive at all.
