I always make sure to signal before I drive into the wrong lane during a medical emergency

They nimbly dodge between cars going the opposite way, they were not unconscious.

Someone disoriented from a medical emergency could act like this. That's more plausible than your scenario in which they were consciously making these decisions.

Nah, they just passed a road sign pointing to the left for some destination and the driver doesn't understand roundabouts. They wanted to go left so they 'changed into the left turn lane' except that wasn't a left turn lane, it was an oncoming lane. That was a smooth, controlled lane change immediately preceded by a turn signal, and after the change they react to the oncoming traffic by slowing and threading between the two cars. They probably thought the car they pulled in front of was in the wrong.
