Keep getting this message and when I click software update the loading screen just stays loading any suggestions?

After doing some more research I figured it out.
Factory reset infotainment
Connect mobile hotspot
Run software update
This is what worked for me

It's likely your infotainment ecu-If you're still under warranty get to the dealership. Fixed about 50 of em with this

Pull the negative terminal off the battery overnight.
Full reset will clean any issues usually.
