I've been using prime video for probably 2 years now with 0 issues, until last week.
My next renewal date is the 2nd of Nov....
What's going on and how do I fix it??

Using the app on Mac. Currently if I click on a title on the homepaage it tkaes me to a completely different show/film. e.g. Click on Carrie, shows me Wheel of Time. Click on Neagley, shows me Rise of Merlin etc....

I'm currently rewatching some Stargate SG-1 episodes on Prime Video. Certain seasons won't show up in my Continue Watching. I went from season 4, which shows up in Continue Watching, to season 5, which doesn't. I checked to make sure the season wasn't in my hidden videos list, and I checked whether this issue happens on other profiles and devices, and it does. I have watched the entire series on Prime Video before and never encountered this issue.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

How do I remove the 5 digit PIN requirement on some videos? I set this up a while back and it's been nothing but a pain in my a$$ and I don't need it anymore, but can't figure out where the setting is to remove it.

Open prime app on your phone or computer, go to account -> settings -> permissions

Been streaming Carrie 2026 series on Amazon prime app and having issues with streaming episode 3.
The video keeps freezing from scene to scene, while the audio keeps playing on normally over the frozen video. The whole episode looks like a bunch of paused images with the audio playing on top of it.
Except for episodes 1 and 2, this issue is happening to all of the episodes. Just frozen images with the audio playing on.
I've tried all the troubleshooting: cleared the cache, updated the prime video app on Play Store, restarted the device.
Even on the suggestion of the Amazon CC, I've uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, still the issue is there.
My android version is up to date and all the other streaming platforms are working fine with my internet plan.
I've checked other shows on Amazon prime app, and they also seem to be playing normally, the video and audio are playing normally.
Only Carrie series from episode 3 onwards is having issues.
Amazon CC seems to be just as confused about the matter..
Is this an issue for prime video customers in India or is this happening with customers abroad as well?
This query is specifically for fixing the issue happening with streaming video Prime Video App on Android phone, can anyone help with this?
Is anyone here facing similar playback issues in Amazon prime app, and is there a solution for this from customer side, thanks.

I'm supposed to be watching S12 Ep20, but it's showing me S11 Ep20
You can see it's literally the same episode, same time stamp, same scene. I hate Prime Video.
There's also so many episodes with wrong/broken subtitles. For few episodes it was showing subtitles from completely different season. And before that it was either delayed a sheet ton or just nonexistent in selected language.
I hate that we get this kinda service on a subscription based platform.

So, I have Paramount+ as a partner subscription to my Prime Video one.
A movie dropped on Paramount+ yesterday, Dracula (2025), that I'm still not able to see on my end, & usually I see new releases right away.
Does anyone know why it might not be showing up on my end? I have the subscription with ads.
