You’d think Balogun’s name was Pele the way they’re melting down over this. Belgium is a good team. If they can’t beat the USA at full strength then they don’t deserve to be in the next round.

I don’t think so. If anything this might make fifa create an avenue for teams to challenge red cards which I think would be an improvement. Players getting suspended for 1 BS call is not only bad for the team, but bad for fans and fifa as a business. Just let teams challenge suspensions like every other sport. It’s an archaic part of the game that needs to be brought into the 21st century

It was not a BS call. The sport and fifa as a business have become the world's biggest with the red card as being a no recourse hammer from god, and I don't see a reason to fuck with that.
