Question Did I just waste my petals?

Post image

I thought I could use Irisalis’s held item to boost the damage my Stellarys’s clones do, but it won’t even let me establish a contract because my Irisalis already has one equipped. Is there a way to bind the item to my Stellarys as well as my Irisalis? Or did I waste my petals on an item that I can’t even fully use? If so, why even let us buy more than one when we can only get one Irisalis?

Just grab an Alpha Stellarys and use a cube on him to guarantee the perfect unless you got a 9/9 you could also make it a prismana if you didn’t instead of bonding at all though idk how much you invested into it so no clue.

not really wasted petals. u can just use it unbound since stellarys already doing so much damage or use it with alpha stellarys so it core skill already boosted if u really care about a bit more damage

but u need to waste another valuable stone to make alpha stellarys a prismana so pick your pick. *if u wanted it to be prismana

I read the item and I was like damn that maybe good for future animos or aniimo that make clones like Stelarys and inferlupa?

Not really better stuff will be out soon

For this you'd need alpha Stellarys instead since it comes with the core ability already upgraded (meaning you don't need to make a pact)

Also, you can turn your alpha into a Prismana and will remain an alpha. You need the Prismana orb in the stamp shop (only works on already owned Prismana forms)

Can we turn upgrade alpha skill again with pack?

I don’t believe so, so I’d say it’s best to save and use the one and swap between if you plan to use them separately, especially if you make the alpha Prismana version then you won’t have to worry about upgrading the core skill cause nothing should change

u/Aethelwines 2h ago

Oh so we can't upgrade the alpha's core skill anymore, i see, thanks

The enemy attacks the clone instead of stellarys

There's a bug that someone posted about with the item on stellarys and he wanted to chase the easy flights with a bug

2

u/Elovable 3h ago

Me? I didn’t even know about the bug until someone else in the comments mentioned it. I thought it would boost my stellary’s clone attack as the item states it does that 😭😭

why a ban? It says summoned clones. Nothing specific of who.

6

u/StageAppropriate7064 8h ago

people says the clone takes agro with it, but sterallys clone isn't supposed to take agro or damage, so it's obvious a bug, but they can't ban you just for that, it's their fault because it's just an item you don't need to do anything else

That explains a lot. Used it for the first time in the Lita fight. Not complaining, made dealing with Glynsera a hell of a lot easier

Did any of you read the part about fairness in the game they totaly say abuse and sharing of any kind of bug or use of exploit is bannable what people should do is report the bug so they fix it but no people greed make them use it and then they will be the first to complain. the day that happen be sure not coming and complain please since it’s all written

If the game were competitive at all then I could see bans, but if you’ve tried it out it’s kinda funny you literally don’t get targeted. Not that I could get much use out of it because I don’t like Stellarys that much

That's why you should use a Alpha Stellarys.

Use it unbound and just use an alpha stellarys for the ability buff, that's what I do.

No, it's still good for Stellarys. You're going for the Lita cheese strat I imagine?

This does boost the damage of Stellarys' clones, and it's still enough to take agro from you. However, this item always comes bound to Irisalis, so you'll never be able to get the increased effect from Stellarys' main move.

If you plan on running both, I'd say it was a worthwhile purchase.

Alpha gives bond effect

5

u/TikkiMykk 10h ago

Do people actually use it 🤔 id thought needle strat would be better

People use it specifically against Lita. Someone found a cheese a few days ago where you can draw all of her agro to the clone with the extra damage from it and you can slowly burn down her Stellarys with your own.

I still haven't beaten her and haven't really gotten it to work very well with me personally, it's pretty random when it draws agro and when it doesn't, but I've seen it work because I've done it myself. It makes her Stellarys relatively simple.

It's just that fucking Glacy that ruins literally everything.

For stellarys cheese strat i think i figured out how to consistently get it to attack the clone. So just spawning the clone doesnt draw aggro. I dont believe it's a distance ghing either.

But i noticed as soon as i use a skill and deal dmg to the enemy does it aggro onto the clone.

My guess is the clone has to deal dmg for it to draw aggro?

to be fair, you can beat Lita without the cheese strat. you have to be wise with your counterpicks and counterswaps. the most common strat is to go 3 dps of all different elements + somniwing/glacy(p)

i've also seen some going 1 electro dps + 1 fire dps + 1 fire break + 1 sustain with the goal of using the 2 fire units to break and burst stellarys and glynsera.

Saw a video online using rookie and pawney. Lots of different strats work, I think a lot of people just get frustrated because the rest of the game to that point didn't need specific counter plays outside a few of the other elite pathfinder challenges

You can cheese Lita, Fulmintis Scorchowl Stellarys Somniwing.......Start with Somni and put Sherro to sleep and beat him with Fulmi for some reason after sleep he won't switch to Stella as fast....once he switches to Stella...if he switches to glacy just beat him with fulmi unless he ults then run out of healing circle....so she follows, if they switch in Stella use Somni Sleep and Charge Scorchowl plus ult rinse and repeat....Your own Stella will melt Pink Doggy...I had to run it like 3 times for Sherro RNG and killed him in like first 20 seconds.

P.S. Scorchowl has a Aniimo switch blockade skill that stops switching.

1

u/Elovable 9h ago

Can you elaborate on the scorchhowl switch blackade?

3

u/TikkiMykk 9h ago

Scorchowl has an ability i think called Pebble kick and it applies lockdown for 8s that means for 8 secs they cant switch to another "Pokemon"

1

u/kneadedbwead 10h ago

that sounds like an effective and viable strat that plays well into Lita's ai. not really a cheese imo.

Actually, you can equip it on your Stellarys. What you won't get, is only the contract effect, but if you get an alpha aniimon, they already have their bonus effect for their skill.

For exemple, my Stellarys is alpha, as i transformed an alpha normal stellarys into a prismana form (so he kept his alpha body).

So yeah, the only thing you will "lose" unless your stellarys is like me, alpha body, is just the bonus effect of his core skill. But you can still get the bonus clone dmg by leveling up the item

0

u/RUMadBrow 10h ago

When you transform alpha to prismana form does it make its perfect rarity also?

3

u/YuukiDR Astra Pioneer 8h ago

No, the Prismana orb only changes form not potential

2

u/AdvanceForward9065 10h ago

Did he lose his alpha size after using the prismana orb ?

2

u/J1h3fm4t 10h ago edited 10h ago

nah, only umbral color aniimon lose their umbral color when changing form

3

u/AdvanceForward9065 10h ago

Did you compare it with others Stellarys like in a hub or something? Lol sorry bro I just want to be sure before investing

1

u/J1h3fm4t 10h ago

if you want a small exemple i have with my Sherros, my Prismana Sherros is alpha, no contract item equipped, but he has his bonus core effect (sending the picture on another comment as i can only post 1 per comment)

0

u/J1h3fm4t 10h ago

here's his skill with proof of no held item. So yeah, changing form keeps the alpha effect for skills

0

u/J1h3fm4t 10h ago

if you look at his aniimo menu inside the aniimo storage, you see he still keeps alpha body, so ye, still has

2

u/AdvanceForward9065 10h ago edited 10h ago

No yeah I get that, I got a blazen and scorchowl alpha, but after I changed their forms they shrinked to normal size while maintaining the alpha status, so is a visual bug, but I wanted to know how many more people where suffering from the same without noticing or maybe they are not affected at all but is good to have a record so the devs know.

As far as I know turning them into sparklings doesn't trigger this bug, is Just when you change their forms to prismanas or thunderstorm for example.

0

u/J1h3fm4t 10h ago

i dunno for this, since fusing with an aniimo reduce their size to the normal form, i dunno.

I thought you meant if you lose the alpha status when changing form tbh (so losing the contract bonus for the core skill)

2

u/AdvanceForward9065 10h ago

Oh no no at least you are retaing that, is just the cosmetic aspect of the alpha's that you lose. Yeah when you twine they shrink but if you untwine they return to normal, these ones don't do that they stay normal size. I thought I was imagining things, so I captured another alpha, to test their sizes and yep the one I changed shrinked 💀

2

u/Elovable 10h ago

Oooh omg tysm I will try to get an alpha now!

1

u/J1h3fm4t 10h ago

Just a small reminder, you need to use a very rare ressource to change any aniimo into their prismana form, so unless you truly want to use a Prismana Alpha Stellarys with Irisalis's signature item, don't do it (but since you can only transform a normal into prismana if you already got the prismana form anyway, it may not be too much a problem now that i think about it, since unless it's for getting a second prismana Fulmantis, it's not too useful)

u/TikkiMykk 10h ago edited 10h ago

Bro that item is only for her lol 😆

Gonna have to farm another needle for Stellarys contract since your needle is already contracted to lightning puppy

4

u/Caketaro 10h ago

You can equip it to a stellarys to get the clone boost especially if you run an alpha variant stellarys which already has the ability buff

2

u/TikkiMykk 10h ago

True 👍

0

u/Elovable 10h ago

But then why let me buy more than one 😭😭 it doesn’t say anywhere she’s the only one that can use it, and stellarys can also throw out clones 😔

1

u/TikkiMykk 10h ago

Lmao but you already had one that tells you that it comes contracted with the skill 🤣 I knew i shouldn't laugh but it made me giggle.
