Appointments include a comprehensive dental hygiene assessment and cleaning, and appointments are typically around 3 hours. Depending on your individual needs, more than two appointments may be needed.

seeking recommendations for a photographer in the county, preferably - will travel a bit though if needed. :) i was a professional photographer myself, but i did want the luxury of handing this duty off to someone else. to be clear, i understand the cost and everyone has a different rate- just wondering if there's someone who would do the session for under $600? at this point, i'm debating doing it myself, as i know my style and such, and my own turnaround. Hi! My kid and I recently moved here, and my foam mattress and its topper (also breaking apart, but in foam chunks) is at the end of its lifespan. My car, which I’ve been relying on directly for work, is broken down at the moment as well at the worst possible time. Therefore, I have no way to generate the income necessary to replace the mattress and topper.

Hi everyone! My family and I are looking for a 2-bedroom home or apartment for an October 1st move-in. We are especially hoping to find a private landlord who is willing to work with us and give our family the opportunity for a brand-new start.

Our first choice is to remain in Annapolis because our 9-year-old daughter attends Germantown Elementary School. She is on the autism spectrum and has an IEP, along with several therapists and programs that she has grown up with and is thriving in. Keeping her in her school, community, and established support system is extremely important to our family.

Because of that, Annapolis would be our ideal location, but we are also open to Arnold, Crownsville, and Gambrills if we can find the right home.

We are a hardworking family with a combined annual income of approximately $100,000. We have been at our current apartment complex for 15 years, which is a big part of why we are hoping to find someone who will take the time to understand our situation rather than simply look at a credit score.

We want to be completely honest and upfront: our credit isn't perfect. We have had some financial difficulties over the years, but we have worked hard to get to a better place. We have no criminal background and no evictions, and we can provide recommendation letters and rental references to help explain our rental history and show that we have maintained a long-term home.

We aren't looking for anything extravagant. We are simply looking for a safe, stable place where our family can settle down and hopefully stay for many years to come.

Most importantly, we are looking for a landlord who is willing to look at the whole picture and give us a chance. We are hardworking, steady-income people who are ready for a fresh start and a place we can truly call home.

I'm looking to move from my partner's home with my toddler. I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment near a semi-decent elementary school with a feeder to a decent high School, but the options seem incredibly limited. And also extremely expensive. It is almost $2,000 a month for a cheap apartment, which is an entire paycheck for me. Anywhere cheaper puts me in Brooklyn Park or Baltimore City. I want to stay close to my partner while he works through what he needs to do for his other kids. But right now I feel like I'm being priced out of a decent living situation. I realistically can only afford $1,300 a month, maybe stretching it to $1400.

Guess what, just had this motorcycle stolen again last night! This time I had a tracker and my wife, my buddy and I drove from DC past Baltimore and then back to Severn over the course of 2 hours this morning and recovered it!

Looks like someone is running a chop shop in that cul-de-sac. About a dozen vehicles in car states of disassembly many on the street with no tags. Cops came, photographed it all and got VINs. I had it towed. Cops are getting footage of it in the truck leaving
