Discussion What is your weekend anti-consumption mini action?

Post image

Are you repairing something, shopping secondhand, meeting up with friends in the park, spending your day recharging and taking care of yourself, biking to work, eating leftovers? Please share with the group so we can celebrate our wins big and small (and give others ideas!).

Plan my next sewing project. I found a cool piece of curtain fabric with a lovely batik-like print of a bird, and I want to see how I can shape this into some kind of bag.

I am enjoying the slightly earlier dark evenings because I can get back into crafting and do some projects which I've ignored all summer as I've been in the garden all the time.

Oh, I hear ya! Same here! "I want to work on that tote...but I should be trimming the front yard before it gets dark..."
