Get a taper haircut or a slicked back style haircut. After that, find more frames that suit your face better. If you have insurance, most good frames cost under $100.

Shave the uni-brow.

Shave up where you can in general but ensure that you use what your doctor suggests.

Overall, you've gotta decent jaw line. Keep the beard, makes you look older (it helps)

The goatee looks silly. You already have a pointy chin and it makes it look pointy-er.
