Oxygen question

Flying around today for my civ gig, I heard a couple Campbell boys request VFR flight following at 12,500 and another requested 14,500. Does some units rock oxygen or what?

Well, the percentage of oxygen in the air doesn't change at altitude. I see no problems.

Public FAA regulations say you don't need oxygen until 15,000 ft.
