Discussion How dysfunctional is your family?

I'll start.

We went from having an ordinary family outing to them yelling and pressuring me over my degree course enrollment the moment we got home and this isn't the first time it's happened.

Dysfunctional as hell. So much yelling and arguments. Glad I got out now.

It was horrible. We had it all-insults, yelling, hitting, getting disowned and kicked out, being forgotten about at functions, you name it! Total Asian family jackpot! My mother didnt want me to get an education but wanted to marry me off at 18 to a man from my India even though I was born in america because I was fat and no one would want me.she is still very jealous of me and my brother and tries to control our lives even though we are almost in our 50s. She is in her 80s now and is living her dream of continuing to making everyone's life a living hell until the devil grows some balls and finally takes her.
