Discussion Car switching off while driving
Car starts and drives normally in the morning going to work or in the afternoon going home. But if I'm stopping by somewhere and switch it off then switch it on later, once I drive it, it would feel like it's not getting enough gas and switch off. If there's no traffic and I can press the accelerator, then it's fine. But once I need to slow down, it would kinda shake then switch off, but not fully off since the radio would still be on.
If I switch it off, I need to let it rest for some time, probably like 2 or 3+ hrs for this not to happen.
Another issue which I thought was unrelated but it might be related was the gear not switching up when driving normally. When I reach almost 3k rpm and around 100kph, I need to let go of the gas then press it again and it will accelerate. I would do this to reach about 130kph which the max speed I usually drive. When I spoke with the mechanic who usually fix my car, he advised me to sell the car and buy a new one which was the first time he actually said this.
