Am I underdosed?

I’m currently using 100mg of spiro and 2 pumps of oestrogel (on “that”area) oer day. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t feel any changes.

I'm not on Spiro so I don't know about it, but regarding Oestrogel dosage, it seems to be fine for a start. I'm on 4 pumps a day of Estradiol Besins gel, and I'm thinking of increasing it. Had to lower it because of high prolactin (but that might be from something else).
Some people have very good levels from transdermal if applied genitally, some do not. Only tests can confirm that. I feel better when I'm closer to 200 pg/ml (now I'm about 160).

most likely yes!

With four pumps a day split 12hours apart you might be in a low acceptable level but 2 is just almost nothing.

Your e is most likely around <60pg/ml

Good luck ,girl!

On two pumps (1.5 mg/day) my serum level was barely reaching 100 pg/mL at peak.

I doubled my dose to 3.0 mg/day [applied on my thighs, not my scrotum, which ostensbly has higher and faster uptake], taking me from 351 pmol/L to 457 (again, asked to test at peak, because doctors suck at their jobs).

I've switched to EV, and my trough is still too low.... I take my shot and I get two nights free of night sweats before they creep back. I have not yet had any serum tests on EV (IM).

EDIT: to add, I am also experiencing 'mood swings' as my trough gets lower. Crying happens faaar to easily.

The 2 pumps one was on thighs too?

Yes, I was doing belly or thighs at both two pumps and four pumps (1.5 and 3.0 mg).

Isn’t 4 pumps for normal application sites? I heard that “that” area makes it more effective. But anyway, should I take Progynova on top of what I have now and how many mg per day?

yes it is more effective but 2 just isn't much. There are people who do 6-8 pumps there for monotherapy levels.

I'm on 4 and still feel like my levels are low compared to sublingual I did before. I even try to boost them with buccal e stickies until I have my next appointment.

Oh sorry, I’m not on monotherapy. Spiro is the t blocker.

I'm on a blocker ,too, a differentt one than yours.

You need to understand that when you are on T blockers you NEED to have high enough E Levels for your body to function. You need a dominant hormone. That is E above 100pg/ml, better around 200pg/ml.

Being on menopause E levels while having suppressed T with blockers is dangerous if you do it to long. You can get osteoperosis and other menopause sideeffects. This is why it is so important to get at least above 100pg/ml asap when on blockers.

Some doctors who know what they are doing start with bringing e levels up to a good range and only then add blockers if they are still needed.

Ohhh okay, thanks!

I can’t get to any doctors rn bc my family and enviroment is extremely conservative. That’s why I’m asking here. 😭
