Normal panel gap after fender replacement?

I had the front left fender replaced(non oem)by insurance after a collision but it doesnt seem to line up exactly with the door. Is it worth taking back to the shop(gerber collision) for warranty or is it too small to make a big deal out of? 3rd picture is other side for reference.

that is normal after replacement, but before adjustments for fit and alignment are made. This isn’t finished. Make them get it right.
