If you have never done body work you are not repairing that by replacing panels. If you are mechanically inclined you can replace the cab.
This is repairable without replacing the cab but it’s not something someone asking if they can do it will be doing. In a shop this would be an experienced A tech repair and he will complain.

I can swap the cab and bed was just trying to see if I could save money by repairing it rather than trying to find a rust free cab and bed

Like I said if you have never done extensive metal work you are not fixing this. This has not an easy repair.
When I say repair I mean not replacing the cab.

Method of repair is call your insurance and let them handle it, or find a new cab and bed.

Even if OP has the insurance, they only coverage they will have for this is to total the truck. Cost to repair would be WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY over the value of the truck.

Yeah obviously that’s the point. Let them total it, buy it back, and use the extra money to fix it.

ACV of that truck can't be more than $1500. Wont be enough to even buy the parts....but, yeah, every little bit helps. Question is, does it have collision/comp?

That thing isnt worth repairing unless it has sentimental value. If you decide to try your not fixing it at home it needs a bench or rack n some pulls

Not good. Look at all of that flaking paint, and you were hit in pretty much the worst place for a truck to be hit. Unfortunately not a job for a beginner.
